Awful shipping process and wrong item sent
I ordered 2 bongs with priority shipping (2 buisness days) and theyre barely no getting close to being shipped to me. the day after they were supposed to show up we had to fumble through the clunky tracking process that sent us to multiple sites before we got any useful info. UPDATE : got both bong but one didn't match the description I bought a mini beehive bong and when it was delivered the item was nothing compared to what I saw, everything to the bowl to the whole bong itself nothing matches the description on the website. i am very much so disappointed

Hi Gabriel, You placed you order on Christmas eve, we were able to get it shipped out in 2 packages on the 28th and 30th of December. I see that you received it after the New year's day. I looked over your order and it seems that your Beehive Bong was upgraded to the new model that was released at the time.
