I took a look at your order and the internal correspondence between our support and fulfillment team regarding it. Unfortunately, during the Halloween sale, we receive a high volume of orders that surpassed our warehouse's daily output. Which resulted in the delay you experience as a backlog formed. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused by this, and we have been working on expanding our warehouse as well as utilizing our suppliers' warehouses in order to accommodate higher than average order volumes. Hi Joshua, We're sorry to hear that you had troubles with your package. I see that our support team responded to your email within 3 hours, it contained the steps to we took to fix this issue and informed you about information that would be requested once your claim is reviewed. Did you not get the response? I see that this issue has been resolved as your claim was approved an a replacement package was sent out shortly afterwards. We apologize for the frustration you experienced. Some times our emails get sent to span or the promotions tab which results in them going unread. I assure you we get back to all our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. I'm glad that we were able to resolve this for you despite you missing our emails. Hi Brandon, We apologize for the delay you experienced with the 3rd item. I see that it took us more than the average processing time to get it out. The item was shipped out from a different warehouse, and your address did not read properly in their system. I see that our support team requested verification and updated the format of the address according to your response. We were able to get your order out at that point. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. I know how frustrating it must have been especially that you had received packages from us before without this issue. Unfortunately, with a system issue such as this one, we have to change the address format and we needed your verification to avoid any errors that might result in the package being sent a wrong address. Hey Danny, We apologize for the delay you experienced in receiving this item. We had experienced a slight backlog at our warehouse which caused your order to ship out later than usual. I assure you that our fulfillment team sent your package out as soon as they could. Dur to this delay, your package was upgraded to priority shipping at not additional cost. It has been the case with multiple packages where shipping carriers would not update the tracking, it is usually during period where they are handling high volumes of packages. For returns due to personal preference we charge a 15% restocking fee. However, in your case you would refuse the package or return it with the cause being a delay in shipping.
