Unfortunately it seems that there was a miscount and the item you ordered was actually out of stock which is why we were unable to fulfill it. I see that a full refund was issued. Hi Austin, We're sorry to hear that you received a damaged banger, broken glass is so heartbreaking. Our fulfillment team takes extra measure to ensure your items are packaged safely in the box, however shipping accidents do occur on occasion. That's why we employed the help of Route Package Protection to insure packages from such issues during transit. It is often not needed, but every once in a while a shipping issue does occur and the insurance comes in handy. When your order is placed, the warehouse received a prompt with the items it can fulfill, since Route is not a physical product, it does not show up regardless if your order is insured or not. We know how frustrating it is to receive damaged items, which is why our support team went beyond regular service to offer you a discount for a replacement. I am so sorry that your piece reached you in this state; broken glass makes us so sad. We take extensive precautions to make sure our products get to you in pristine condition; unfortunately, shipping accidents still occur on occasion. This issue also affected other areas such as the inventory levels. The missing item from your order was actually out of stock but the technical error listed it as available.
