We're terribly sorry for the delay you are experiencing. I checked with our warehouse team and it seems that a few product lines were being audited to ensure quality and inventory levels, the grinder you ordered was one of those products. We're having your order shipped out first thing tomorrow as the audits have been complete. We highly appreciate your patience and understanding of the situation. We're glad to hear that you are enjoying your order. I took a look at your order and it seems that it was split into 2 packages as we sent it out from separate warehouses. This helps us lower delivery times during busy periods such as the holiday season when you ordered. We send automated email notifications with shipping updates and information. It's possible that you missed these confirmation emails as they sometimes get lost in the promotions tab or spam folder. To avoid that happening, we recommend whitelisting emails from our domain in your email provider settings. You can reach out to our support team if you would like detailed steps on how to do that. Hi Brandon, We apologize for the delay you experienced with the 3rd item. I see that it took us more than the average processing time to get it out. The item was shipped out from a different warehouse, and your address did not read properly in their system. I see that our support team requested verification and updated the format of the address according to your response. We were able to get your order out at that point. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. I know how frustrating it must have been especially that you had received packages from us before without this issue. Unfortunately, with a system issue such as this one, we have to change the address format and we needed your verification to avoid any errors that might result in the package being sent a wrong address.
