We apologize for the delay you experienced. We get a high volume of orders during the holiday season. We try out best to get these orders sent out as quickly as possible. They usually get delivered within the first half of January given that the last week of December is mostly off. So our fulfillment team get orders prepped for shipping and sent out as soon as possible. We're sorry that we were unable to get your order sent out before Christmas. We did send it out on the 28th of December and as priority shipping it was out for delivery on the 30th of December. Unfortunately you missed the delivery and it was time consuming to reschedule delivery given how busy your local post office was during the holiday season. We're glad to hear that you are enjoying your order. I took a look at your order and it seems that it was split into 2 packages as we sent it out from separate warehouses. This helps us lower delivery times during busy periods such as the holiday season when you ordered. We send automated email notifications with shipping updates and information. It's possible that you missed these confirmation emails as they sometimes get lost in the promotions tab or spam folder.
