We're sorry to hear that we were unable to provide you with the speedy fulfillment we pride ourselves with. Unfortunately during the holiday season our delivery window increased due to the uptick in orders attributed to Black Friday and the sales succeeding it. We offer the best sales in the market, and we do our best to have every package delivered as quickly as possible.
