Never trust them
They provided completely inaccurate shipping times online. When we asked to pick up the order they said it can't be done even though the parcel was processed. Leaving for an overseas trip where we required this item on time.

This would have to be the worst courier ever. My parcel was sent from the USA using DHL on 26/10 however was forwarded to DAI Post in Australia on 2/11. I emailed DAI Post on 9/11 as the parcel hadn’t moved status in a week, they blamed the sender for not providing a manifest and therefore was held until I provided my name and addresses which would clearly be on the parcel. It finally cleared customers on 19/11 (17 days after arriving in Australia) and no movement since. I emailed DAI Post again on 21/11 only to offer praise that it cleared customs in 7 days and blaming the sender for being unmanifested again. They can’t give an ETA on receiving the parcel only to state it is on the way to the “final mile carrier”. It has now been almost a month since the parcel was sent from the USA.

Ordered an item from the US, was meant to be delivered in 10 days. It’s now day 21. Yes, it arrived in Australia and cleared customs within the 10 day time frame, but has been sitting with DAI Post ever since in Brisbane, 30 mins from my house. I have contact DAI Post via both email and phone, but they cannot give me any updates past 15 November and just tell me “It’s with a courier” and “We are investigating.” When I checked the reviews online my heart sank. 82% Negative reviews from people’s who parcels just “vanish” in the hands of DAI Post, all of whom who have almost IDENTICAL stories to what I am going through right now. How does a company like DAI Post stay afloat with such crappy business practices? I don’t understand why big company’s choose DAI Post when they have such a poor reputation!

Do not use this company. They have not delivered in over two months despite telling me that the parcel has cleared customs and is not lost. Week after week the same story. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DHL used this lot for an international delivery, tracking by DHL was great, but the package immediately vanished after hitting the hand off to DAI Post for the last mile (my home town). No word for almost a month, so I contacted DHL, who referred me to the seller, who had actually received tracking code for DAI Post whereas I had not. I contacted DAI Post who immediately responded with info that they had the package, were sorry and I should expect the delivery in 2 days. 4 days later they email me telling me they had lost the package and I should contact the seller.

Absolutely shocking company. Is it even legit? They claim they “lost my package” and to contact the sender for a refund. Like no big deal and no accountability. Except I emailed and called almost everyday to see if they had found my package. So they eventually said they did find it. However when I got it, it was a package from the same place I ordered from but someone else’s parcel, they just stuck my label over the top of their label. Invoice inside addressed to someone else!! No response from them when I emailed back. Almost like they knew exactly where my parcel was and kept it, because they knew what company I ordered from to send another package they had the same. How have these people not been investigated? They clearly are a scam company?

E Bay International Shipping Hi Nathan, Thank you for your reply. The purpose of my E Mail was once again to highlight the dismal performance of DIA Post. This is nor an isolated incident where this carrier has failed to perform and deliver E Bay items in a timely manner, there are in fact hundreds of complaints on line relating to poor performance. I used as an example in my own case ( again ) where an item has been sent and received at the destination hub and there it stays until a complaint is lodged and then if you are lucky another seven to ten days will go by and the item being finally delivered. My current ordered item has now been at the Melbourne Hub since the 11th. October. I live in a regional town approx. 120km from Melbourne which receives daily deliveries from a number of Freight and Courier services so there is no excuse for consistently late deliveries by DIA Post. E Bayer's in the main pay for a premium postal service via its Global network, however in the case of Australia with the use of DIA Post they ( E Bay ) and it its users are sadly let down time and again. Please do something about this Kind regards Geoff
