Had my pacels stolen twice
Had my pacels stolen twice. They don't even ring the doorbell when they're here. I doubt they even come to the address. Huge scam. Avoid at all costs.

My parcel was received in by DAIPost on the 5/12/2024 and I am still waiting for it up until this day It was showing as not delivered due to no one being home. So i have emailed about it and was told on the 14/12 it was damaged and they will request a photo and send it through to see if I still want it. I am still waiting for that photo, tried calling them today call got disconnected before I could answer - Email sent to DHL and to Daipost about the bad customer service. I will be calling them again today.

My order was unfortunately sent to Dai Post. It was processed on the 4th December two suburbs away from my house. I was told it was passed on to couriers please to complete and they have advised they don't have my parcel. The parcel has been sitting in limbo since then and no one knows where it is. I think this company probably keeps the deliveries and onsells them as all the reviews seem to say the same thing. Someone needs to launch an investigation into this company. Terrible customer service

Parcels arrived in Perth, half an hour from home and now it's 11 December and still not delivered. How do they get away with this? Why aren't people receiving their parcels? I am lodging a complaint with homeaffairs.gov.au. regarding the lowest standard of delivery. I will also contact the host in the States to advise them not to use this company for Australian deliveries. Where are my parcels??!! These were two small Christmas gifts that I cannot afford to replace.

My parcel was sent by DHL from the USA but somehow was passed on to DaiPost who promptly lost it. I keep emailing them they keep saying they are looking for it and then they don't get back to me. It is 4 weeks since it cleared customs in Australia and was given to DaiPost. It is very difficult if the companies you choose then pass parcels on to DaiPost without your agreement.

GRASS!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I did not believe my wife when she told me, "the delivery driver threw your parcel out the window of his car onto our grass at the front of the house and then took off" I straight away checked our security cameras and couldn't believe my eyes. Disgusting behaviour!!!

Where o where has my parcel gone?! Ordered an item a few weeks back unaware that it was being shipped internationally (the website domain was .com.au and the contact email and phone were Australian). Nevertheless, I have ordered a number of things online before and not had any issues with delivery... Until now DHL managed to get my parcel from the US to Brisbane safely and it cleared customs on the 25th November. Since then, it's been in the hands of DAI post and hasn't moved from "with final mile carrier" since 26th November. I've messaged them twice since and, whilst they respond promptly, all they say is it's in transit to final mile carrier. How on Earth is an item, that made it from the US to Brisbane in 3 days, taking over a week to move within Brisbane metro?! I've now reached out to the seller in the hopes of trying to get a refund, as judging by the reviews I'm never receiving my parcel: what an absolute joke!
