DAI Post is shocking - has wasted my time, and hung up on my calls 3 times after me being on ques for an hour each time. I have been expecting delivery it has never arrived. Tracking on daipost.com.au stated it was 'out for delivery' then next day it'd state 'unsafe to leave' - even when I stayed home all day. In fact they never came. Their lies keeps repeating but never answers my calls How can this scammer company exists?

I've been waiting almost a month for a single parcel, it couldn't be delivered initially because it was "unfit for drop-off" which is pure bs because I had 2 separate amazon deliveries drop-off my products just fine. they claim on their tracking website that it was dropped off close at my local pharmacy, come to find nothing was ever dropped off under my name. I tried calling them and they claim they can't provide an "exact time for delivery" as if they are delivering an international parcel from across the world. Most incompetent company, stay CLEAR away from them to save yourself the trouble of going back and forth with them.

Zero stars if I could. 100% useless. Had to keep calling for a delivery they never even tried to deliver. They delivered it eventually to the wrong address

I would give 0 stars, absolutely the worst customer service I’ve had to deal with in my entire life. Stay far away from these guys! Shouldn’t be allowed to even offer a service! Absolutely shocking!!!!

Erika was amazing....when all the other couriers couldnt deliver or find the package....Erika found it in another state and it was finally delivered....shes an angel :)
