their customer service is absolutely helpful, especially, Jay. He’s shared the proof of delivery photo so that I can finally find my parcel!

I’m very disappointed with this delivery service. I had been in contact with the team member Claire Angana about redirecting my parcel to a different address as I do not live at the house that they were sending it to, anymore, and she assured me that she had requested for the package to be sent to my new address. The tracking details said ‘delivered’ this morning, but it wasn’t at my location. I had to call my old neighbour from my previous house, and sure enough the parcel was there. Claire said she would update me when the package was on its way, but never did. I do not recommend this delivery service to anyone. I’m very disgusted.

I have an hour left before the my parcel needed to be delivered and and the lady on the phone was very patient with me and emailed the courier and 15 minutes before the end the time it arrived so I was very happy about that

I think I am satisfied with their customer service and it's helpful. Although my first experience is not very good but I am satisfied with the second delivery. I hope they can keep the quick and safe delivery.

This company is dodgy as anything. They intentionally damaged my property, was caught on CCTV and they refused to take any accountability for their actions. I have filed a police report and will be taking the matter further. A completely unprofessional and unethical company. The customer service manager hung up on me. Do not use.

I want to thank particularly Erica for following up on my deliveries from USA. The supplier I purchased from only labelled my parcel with part of my address. I contacted them directly and they stated they couldn’t change it in their system. Erica has followed up on the parcels and has successfully had two parcels delivered to me, and is now working on the final delivery for me. So I think that is proof that they are doing a great job Sandy5⭐️

I commend the exceptional efficiency of both the delivery and customer service staff at DAI Post. Their swift action in tracking down my parcel was unmatched by any other provider. Customer satisfaction was enhanced by providing me with real-time tracking updates and communications were clear, conscious and complete. Regards, Adrian
