I had a mishap with an order of mine and Erika Dapar was extremely helpful and proactive about helping me figure out what happened. Not only was she very supportive, but she also kept great communication which was honestly refreshing as I was very stressed about the missing package. She had a great attitude and greeted me with such kindness. Everything ended up being sorted out, but her customer care was 10/10!!

The only reason this isn't 1 star: Delivered when they said they would, and I got a delivery notification. However, they threw my package into a hedge instead of bringing it in to reception (gate was wide open, organisation name was on the package) and I had to go around the edge of the property (3 building complex) looking for where it could have been left to find the hedge it was sitting on top of, after I checked both reception desks to confirm the package wasn't delivered to reception. The item inside the package cost 300 USD, it wasn't just some temu junk. I don't consider this "leaving it in a safe location." Luckily I found it rapidly and it wasn't raining. I filed a complaint about my package being thrown in a bush and got a form letter back apologizing and saying it would "be taken into consideration for future" or something like that and the complaint automatically closed.

Don’t ever use them they left my parcel outside my apartment which is shared with 45 other neighbours and I called them and told them that someone has stole it and they said they had no email or phone number.

NEVER USE EVEN IF ITS THE LAST POSTAL SERVICE ON EARTH. My item has been in ‘transit’ for close to two months and I received at best one reply to my emails asking for an update which basically told me the exact same thing that the tracking service already has. They never give a reply within the one business day that they promised and basically act unavailable to drain your energy to get a reply from a human instead of something that an automated machine can do. Do not use this even if it’s the cheapest service available because you might as well throw your parcel into the bin and never see it again. Be careful because DHL also does business with this company, my item was with DHL at first before being handed over to DAIpost and then it’s only been weeks of emailing or trying to call DAIpost to get no reply. If your item is being delivered with this company, please make sure to pray hard that you are one of the lucky ones who actually got their item after a few months because they love to keep dragging out the process long enough that it becomes impossible for you to even get a refund from the merchant you bought the item from. This is scummy on various levels and DAIpost should be ashamed of themselves as a business which does not perform what customers pay them for.

At the start of this experience it wasn’t good , how ever I managed to speak to a manager ( Julie gaviola) and did way above and beyond to help with my parcel and and other that was after this one she communicate with me by email and event phone conversation and made me at ease she has help so much and gave this company a good name even after I read reviews, so give them a chance and contact higher personr to help you like Julie did thank you so much for that
