So far so really good!
I have always been happy with the quality of their products, but the depth of the information on their website and the personal care they extend to their customers puts them over the top. George and Hailey have definitely gone above and beyond.
Good company. And I have no doubt that should they ever fall short, which can happen in business, they will deal with it promptly and well.

INAFFIDABILI
Non sono chiari quando propongono il servizio, non parlano apertamente delle clausole soddisfatti o rimborsati anzi le occultano, sono persone estremamente ignoranti e inaffidabili. State lontani da questa gente.

The turner I got diplays A on every note on my bass and I been around and around with George till I'm over it, I'm going through Chemo for the next four months and the cancer is easier to deal with than George.
I have a long time memory so will just figured I threw my money away on more China crap and this also reflexes on Amazon as they now have so many vendors you can't get refunds from anymore
Response from D'Addario & Company, Inc.May 19, 2025
Hi Herb,
We're sorry to hear that you were not happy, but as we had mentioned - there is a display sticker on your tuner that shows the letter "A." This was visible in the photo that you had sent to us. You do need to remove the A sticker before the tuner will display properly. Thank you!

Hands down the best strings I've used!
Hands down the best acoustic guitar strings I've ever used! Same goes for their electric. My first experience with Daddario wasn't great due to the strings being on a floor model and the guitar didn't sound good so I assumed it was the strings. Boy was I wrong! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding as well! George is awesome! Anytime I've had the slightest issue they've made it more than right! Very few issues in the time that I've been using these strings. When you know you know 💯 I know they are the only strings that brings so much life to my already great sounding guitars!

Organic "Select Jazz" reeds
I've been using "Select Jazz" reeds for sometime now on my soprano, alto & tenor sax jazz gigs and they've always been great; until the last batch! These "organic: cane reeds are absolutely horrible! For example, the 2H on tenor alto AND soprano all play softer than the old 2S. the 3H plays softer than the old 2M.
This has left me AND my students scrambling to find an alternative manufacturer and considering it took years to fin a reed that worked well with my Syos mouthpieces and produced the tonal variations I was seeking I am disappointed to say the least.
it makes absolutely no sense to mess with a tried and proven formula for the sake of the "Organic" name fad.

Hey Trevor,
Thank you for your feedback! Please rest assured that no changes have been made to the cut, design, or cane source for D’Addario Organic Reserve and Select Jazz.
We’ve been utilizing organic growing practices since 2008, but only just recently received our official USDA Certified Organic certification! Our packaging, however, has obviously changed! We always advise that it’s certainly possible that highly perceptive/sensitive players might feel a difference between flow-wrapped vs. non-flow wrapped reeds.
Flow-wrapping reeds is the best way of ensuring reeds are not exposed to moisture as they await purchase, but some players find that reeds feel a bit stiffer right out of the box since the cane is so protected from moisture.
Our recommendation is to remove the recyclable flow wrap from the reeds and allow the reeds to acclimate to your environment before playing for the first time. It’s even better to set them in an air-tight container with one of our Reed Vitalizer packs before playing, which we always recommend as “standard operating procedure” regardless if reeds are flow wrapped.
This methodology helps to ensure that that cane is more gradually and consistently exposed to moisture, which ends up helping them play much better out of the box and last longer!
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our team at www.daddario.com/contact-us and we would be more than happy to help! Thank you
