I was a little frustrated going into CVS today, even going into the store there was quite a lot of people inside which wasn't any better but after chatting and getting my images taken care of with Ray Ray and Charlie I was great.

At our CVS location in Willow Grove, PA there is a most gracious and lovely pharmacy tech named Lisa. She is always polite and lends a smile and does her job extremely well. I wish all CVS employees would take a lesson from dear Lisa on customer service as she is truly a servant willing and able to perform her job with due diligence, and customers who experience her always leave CVS well satisfied. Lisa is a shining star at CVS and I am always happy when she is behind the counter or at the drive through window to help me. God bless you Lisa!

Now we have until September 3rd. To get them quotes. Otherwise, they get away with 'MAILBOX MURDER !!' CVS hit our mailbox and in order to fix it, we have to get quotes, not them. We even have it on video! Fck you CVS. You've lost customers and earned this rancid review! Worst company ever. I ordered from my local store for same-day delivery and they delivered it within a couple of hours. Later on I left the house and saw that my mailbox was leaning over. I looked at my ring footage and saw that it was the delivery driver who backed up and then hit it. I called the store who delivered it and they said I’d have to call Roadie. Actually at first they said DoorDash. I called Roadie and was told to contact cvs directly because they have to file the claim. I ended up having to call the 800 number and got the runaround. I was waiting to speak to a manager and suddenly I was on hold with Roadie!! Basically, that was their classy way of telling me they refuse to file a claim. Instead, while still on the phone with CVS, they offered me $5 off the order or to refund the order altogether. Which was like $30. While getting this repaired is going to easily cost $200. Terrible company. The usual corporate complaints. Untrained and understaffed workers. Do not buy anything that is to be delivered by Uber eats! You better have an account with CVS or you won’t get refund for your return if it is delivered from Uber maybe you will get a partial one at best. Plus if the card is anywhere near your phone, it can erase the credit. Was not very helpful only because their hands are tied due to policies. I supposedly have some money on the card, but it is not my entire amount. I accounted for the Uber charge too. CVS should account for these deliveries and clearly state the return process. I wont go use my card because I don’t have any more time for screw ups. Done with CVS.

Lady in pharmacy very rude .

Every time you do a return, you have to show your driver's license and you are marked like a criminal. CVS started this first and then Walgreens started this Gestapo tactic. On all of their products, it states returns are 100% guaranteed but that's a lie. Also, if you call the CVS toll-free number to comment on something, you must give them all your personal information before they will speak to you. As for their CVS brand food products, they are lousy overall. Their peanuts, trail mixes, etc. are always stale. Their canned nuts used to be fairly decent but they now have a different CVS brand name and are garbage. Some of the employees aren't very nice and dishonest.

I would love to give SAI an excellent rating! If I could give her more stars, I certainly would! She is always Pleasant, kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Every time we talk to her or see her, she really helps us! We love her! I really want to give a shout out to her! She is definitely an asset to your company! Thank you for all that you do for us!
