All the love about cvs is that they sell quality products no doubt about that. But the overall experience is definitely a turn off for me.

Very intrusive pharmacy policies. YES, SURE definitely check with the prescriber if and when a controlled substance is being prescribed. GREAT! I have no problem with that. BUT I do have a problem with the constant texts regarding old prescriptions or newer prescriptions that I have decided either not to take or have no refills left. One reminder is okay but it's constant. Reminder after reminder after reminder etc.. They even have suggested they would contact my doctor for me to get a refill! Look, Fill prescriptions and stay out of my relationship with me and my Physician. THANKS!

CVS is NOT worth the frustration and aggravation of over a week to refill a Rx. After 10 years of a very expensive drug, although a little more expensive at Walgreens, at least they are competent. Leaving CVS forever.

I take a lot of prescription medication and everyone at my Valdosta location is very helpful and friendly. I love getting the coupons. They are the best.

This place is a joke my daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled and had a prescription to go here and let’s just say kavonna doesn’t know how to do anything she told me I had to do everything because they had no record of it I said can you call I explained that she just had surgery on her mouth and she was in the car with her special needs child autistic level 3 non verbal with intellectual disability and she couldn’t help it’s not her job then Ethan decided to intervene guess what same response best part I was right the prescription was pending I even came back in they continued to argue even after that horrible but I had it transferred will never go to this pharmacy ever again

My photo assistant Brayan at the Franklin ave store in garden city helped us navigate the photo system immensely. His expertise and lovely disposition was beyond helpful. We will definitely seek him out anytime we need any help.

If I could give a zero I would. The pharmacy struggles so much but my phone experience yesterday WITH THE PHARMACIST was shocking. I did not raise my voice nor curse; however I did get stern. After them messing up a much needed medication once again I had to call them. The pharmacist told me they called me and I said no one called me. She kept insisting they did. I simply said I would bring my phone and show her because she was basically calling me a liar. She replied that I could just go somewhere else. I was speechless. The rudeness was insane. She was so unprofessional. I called back today, as she requested, to discuss the same refill, and an associate told me the pharmacist noted they would no longer fill my medications. Again SHOCKED. I am better off elsewhere but the audacity. I have probably 30 medications there for my entire family that will need to be transferred.

NEVER come to this failure of a pharmacy. I was up for 2 days with the worst surgical-related pain I've ever felt. My doctor rushed a hydrocodone prescription to this pharmacy. At first I tried to get this pharmacy to send the script somewhere closer--they wouldn't do that. So I had to have friends drive me 40 minutes out of the way to get to THIS pharmacy the next day. When we got there--they REFUSED TO FILL THE SCRIPT--the same script they'd filled maybe a week and a half prior. Somehow they needed MORE doctor's permissions even though the DOCTOR sent the script in the first place--specifically for my emergency. The pharmacist was SO rude and unhelpful, at one point he told me "you can just take Ibuprofen"--I was specifically told NOT to. These people will do ANYTHING not to do their jobs. They've screwed up every singe prescription I've ever brought to them. Not a single intelligent person works at this pharmacy. Go. Anywhere. Else.
