This is the 1st time while In CVS (Reidsville NC) I enjoyed Shopping. They greeted me with a smile. Whenever needed help, they were willing to help. The lady whi worked In the pharmacy name Quiyoni and The young man that worked cashier did a great job. I will be returning back to that CVS.

Phone service is terrible. I've tried to call about a prescription refill but their answering service is lousy. Impossible to reach someone in the pharmacy regarding a prescription refill that seems to be in limbo.

You absolutely cannot speak to a person in the pharmacy. You have to now leave a message and hope they will call you back which they don’t. I signed up for care pass to get my prescriptions delivered but every single time they fill a script there is no option for delivery and I have to call to get it changed to delivery and of course they don’t call me back. A person needs to answer the phone and they need to have an option that is easy on the app to have a prescription delivered.

There's a serious lack of customer care at the corporate level and their store at 1855 W. Irving Park Rd, on the Schaumburg/Hanover Park border. CVS isn't respectful and sensitive to the disabled. They won't allow caregivers or family members of the disabled to pick up their online orders. Sarah (if that’s truly her name) told me that I either had to bring the disabled person into the store or bring the disabled person's cell phone into the store to show proof of the order. The disabled person doesn't own a cell phone, as she is unable to physically hold one. Sarah turned me away without giving me the order, citing "corporate rules", but it didn't end there. She scolded me in a condescending, punitive way about how I shouldn’t blame her for the corporate policy. I then asked to speak to the store manager and she told me that she was the store manager, then continued to lecture me. I asked her, "Whatever happened to customer service?" It seems to be an unknown concept at CVS. The item was already paid for, yet she held onto it. I then asked how we could get a refund. Sarah requested my driver's license. Fortunately, I have the same last name and address as the family member I was trying to help. Only then did she agree to give me the order. As I walked towards the door, she continued to scold me. That kind of behavior doesn't belong in retail. She treated the situation like it was a power struggle. I filed a complaint with the corporate office, which was a complete waste of my time. The man from corporate CVS, who did not provide his name, was just as rude and insensitive as Sarah. I asked whether CVS could consider adding a field for a pickup person’s name to their online orders, and he abruptly cut me off and said, "That will never happen." No explanation why, other than to bring up the corporate policy again. He even acknowledged that CVS's competition allows a pickup person to be named when online orders are placed. He simply didn’t care. OK then, in that case, I’ll shop with your competition from now on.

First I’ll preface with my health care is 99% VA provided. There are a couple of things the VA just doesn’t provide such a as my Libre Freestlye Glucose monitor. I have been utilizing CVS Pharmacy for that. They repeatedly mess it up. Don’t have it available on time. This most recent issue was the failed to notify me the prescription was up for renewal. I’ve attempted to pick up the prescription multiple times, this most recent attempt the pharmacy clerk was extremely belligerent with me and said well the VA should be doing this crap and not me…… It’s not the first time a CVS Pharmacy worker has shown disdain towards me for being a retired military veteran. The only reason I use CVS for my non VA items is because my wife has handled their web content for year, but after this last issue, I'm done. #horriblesimplyhorrible

You can only get an automated system when you call. No one will speak with you. After I left two messages regarding my prescription being on back order for a week, I got a call back for them to hang up as soon as I answered. Then left a third message, and they wouldn’t call back. Had to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy.
