The new phone system is convoluted and annoying. You should not have to spend 5 minutes getting through voice prompts only to be forced to leave a message and wait for god knows how long for a call back to speak to a real person.

Worst Customer Service
I had left my photos to be developed at CVS over a month ago now. I had been told to come back in two-three weeks when the photos would be done. Naturally, I went back after 2 weeks to see if there were any updates with my photos. I was greeted by a blonde lady at the cash register. I tried explaining to her my situation and how I was only handed a tiny piece of paper, so I didn’t know the whereabouts of my photos. She spoke to me in a passive, aggressive manner and told me that my package was not there, without asking for my name or even trying to look for my photos. She then told me to look at the tracking number they gave me. I responded to her by telling her I was not given any “tracking number.” She then told me to enter the small digits on the paper into the USPS tracker. Nothing that was explained to me. Upon entering the numbers, USPS stated that my package had arrived. I told her that, and she proceeded to grab the basket with photos and throw it on the counter. She told me to look for it. When I couldn’t find my photos, she said that she didn’t know where they were and she couldn’t do anything about it. All in all, very rude tone. My mother then proceeded to ask her what she (tthe lady working) could possibly do about this. To which the lady responded, “I can do the same thing that you do.“ My mother then responded, “But you work here? Do you not have more information than the clients?” The lady then responded, “What do you want me to do? Go to North Carolina and get it myself.” Her tone was COMPLETELY unacceptable with us throughout the entire interaction. She was very passive, aggressive, and very rude to us from the beginning. It was an awful experience, and I will never go back to CVS to get my photos done. A service I have to pay for and got treated completely unacceptable for. To this day, my photos are nowhere to be found, and the tracking number does not work. This person should not be in charge of customer service with behavior as unacceptable as that. We were very surprised with this behavior, as we ALWAYS go to this CVS branch and had never been treated so terribly by someone there.

I’d rather give ZERO stars just was at…
I’d rather give ZERO stars just was at Lumberton tx CVS and had the “delight “ of dealing with the rudest staff ever! So when I drove up to pick up my medication, the pharmacist named cherish said that they never received the medication from the doctor, but that was after she told me it was gonna take four hours to fill the medication which I thought to be complete craziness.as I drove off, I called the doctor and magically. I get a message from CVS saying the medication had been received. I go back to pick up the medication only this time I go inside the pharmacist comes to the counter and I let her know that I had received a message right as I drove off saying that they had received it and that I would be happy to wait for it. A few minutes later, I hear the pharmacy tech named Jasmine, say to the pharmacist oh looks like you’re gonna have to break her heart out loud laughing about that time. The pharmacist comes up to me and tells me that they don’t have the medication which is fine. I understand that but what I don’t understand is the disrespect from the staff there and the rudeness in general , I will never use this pharmacy again. They really need to decide on better people working for them if they wanna have a viable business.

I would give this a zero
I would give this a zero.
I just went to the drive through at CVS in Ocean NJ. I didn’t pull up completely close enough to the window. The person who came to the window was extremely rude. He said Oh no no no no you have to back up and straighten your car out. I was completely able to lean over and hand them the license for my ID. I said can’t I just reach over and he was shaking his head no no no. This man treated me like a 2 year old. My friend ran in to get it, because there were people behind us and I couldn’t back up. She is taking all of her business out of CVS because the pharmacist is extremely unprofessional. We were here for medication for my friend who is in pain and this was the last thing we needed. I typically use Rite Aid, Walgreens and a private pharmacy for compounding. No one treats people like this. This pharmacy is known for this. It’s unacceptable to behave like this.

Professional ppl
The pharmacist Mgr. Ahmad is very professional, and he’s a really nice guy. He knows my name, and that makes anyone feel good. He always asks how I’m doing? Kyle has been there a long time and he’s always professional. He always asks me how I’m doing. Kyle works really hard! There’s some newer ppl and others who work hard and are friendly as well. Everyone there is very efficient.

Horrific from start to incredibly miserable finish!
My experience with CVS was horrific from start to incredibly miserable finish! First, just signing into their site is near impossible. They wouldn't take my Google Chrome saved password, and all attempt to "Reset password" ended in error messages! After having to call tech support, they said my account had been blocked but had no idea why. The agent was clueless, and basically sat and listened while I troubleshot the problem. I tried deleting cookies, no luck, it wouldn't work until I switched to a Firefox browser. Even then, EVERY SINGLE TIME I log back in, it makes you re-verify the account? The email code doesn't work, ever, but the text one did.
Then, when you call the actual pharmacy, I counted having to say "agent" 8 times before they would finally let me out of the automated system, just to find out they don't take calls! You have to leave a voicemail and hope they reply. To their credit, they did call back quickly and the agents was friendly, but apparently wholly uninformed!
After having to wait a WEEK to eventually get my prescription in stock, when I went to pick it up; they told me they wouldn't honor the GoodRX price which was a $400 savings! Despite telling the previous agent I was switching the prescription specifically to get the GoodRX price, they failed to tell me about this "CVS Policy!" So, I went a week without this essential medication, and now need to wait even longer due to CVS's incompetent and unprofessional staff! I strongly suggest that anyone avoid CVS at all costs!
