CVS is consistently out of meds that are sorely needed. They have no problem telling you that you have to wait o er 10 days for needed meds. The worst part is that they just don't care. These meds are ordered consistently every month and every time it's the same thing, making us order from another pharmacy. Seems like to me, if you KNOW your clients are needing this every month, you would order the correct amount. Like I said, they just don't care. We are definitely changing pharmacies. I honestly give them a 0 rating.

I've spent $25000 at your pharmacy.In the last 5 years, the pharmacist is exceedingly rude condescending.He never has my prescription already hours after they've been called and he's just neglectful completely and ept.I want to move my business to Walgreens.Sorry see the yes but no I tried

Fridley Mn CVS. Given the run around about meds for a week. Then spoken to rudely, hung up on and med sent back to doctor. Be prepared for a lawsuit playing with the health of ppl.

For the past 5 years here in the Fredericksburg, VA area I have experienced nothing but extremely piss poor services, at a variety of levels, at four separate CVS pharmacies. From getting notifications that prescriptions are ready for pickup to only find out that they had nothing in their systems, to not getting notified at all, to having prescriptions returned to stock two days after notification, to insurances being lost. Though the people there are pleasant individuals for the most part I do seriously wonder about their capability at doing their jobs. I fully understand that being able to keep good and competent people on their staffs has been an ongoing problem. That said, it certainly appears that very little effort is being made to rectify that particularly in light that the population in this nation is becoming more and more dependent on prescribed medications. If my insurance gave me the option to go elsewhere I would but being retired and having to rely on the "market place" for insurance I do not have that luxury.

Why has this company, Sent me a spam email with the chance to receive a med -Free First aid kit . This company comes from , 826 Expressway lane , Spanish fork UTAH 84660. Under the title (MED-UPDATE) . I looked at the freebie,looks comprehensive.The cost of mailing alone would be uneconomical.Just delete it,I'm sure they are wanting your data .Look up address on your map app ,You'll find a car park with a few shop in a dessert area .WEIRD. I was trying to get my Husbands Dexcom 7 but the CVS we typically get it at who was supposed to order it on 12/27 forgot to do so. We had to contact the dr to issue another script to a different location because Part B scripts are not transferrable. The doctors office did it and this A.M. we were notified that it was ready. I went to pick it up with my benefits summary in hand but they did not process correctly. I was told I would have to come back because they were busy and couldn't make the phone call necessary to clarify the plan. (Pharmacist was not a pleasant person) We have a Supplement policy, Plan F in which we do not pay an annual Part B deductible. I contacted CS Corp twice within an hour (they were very nice) in between received a call from the Pharmacist telling me she called Medicare and I had to pay. I tried to explain that Medicare sends it to the supplement (reg plan, not RX as it's covered under Part B) She told me she never heard of it. She called me back again and said no one knows what I am talking about and she wound up hanging up on me when I tried to explain how it works. She told me it would be escalated on Monday. In the meantime, my husband has no Dexcom. I can go on with this but won't other than to say we spent over $4,000 out of pocket last year and that doesn't include what the insurance paid. We are about to pull it all.

CVS does business with a racist Fat Joe said some really racist comments about the black community. I know in good faith this will be corrected

It’s been almost a week that I’ve been trying to get my insulin from CVS. Sugars have been in the 300’s as I’m all out and CVS is just giving me all sorts of excuses and not communicating.
