I want to give a special thanks to Pharmacist Kyana M. at CVS store #3190. Kyana went above and beyond to assist me in getting my diabetes medication. She was courteous, patient and extremely professional and a warm smile throughout. I greatly appreciated her commitment and dedication to her profession.

The "extra care" program is a scam. They take your $5 every month and you never see it again. I don't know about you but I don't go there every month. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! VERY DECIEVING

They close the pharmacy for lunch after people are waiting in line for 15 minutes. So rude and a total waste of time. At least let those that are waiting to pick up before you close for 30 minutes and make everyone come back later. I can hear that you are still working with the gate closed and are not in fact eating lunch, lol.

A lot of things stink about CVS, but what broke me was their new phone policy. Having to leave a message at a pharmacy is ridiculous. This is medicine we are talking about. Any number of things could go wrong. Why would they make it so you cannot talk to the pharmacist?

We use the CVS store on Elm Street in Springfield, MO. We hve been FRUSTRATED every time we have to pick up a prescription. They are NEVER on time with our meds. Recently we had to Make 3 trips to their store in one day before we could get our prescription! We went last night to get a new prescription but of course it wasn’t ready! They told us to come back tin the morning. This pharmacy is maddening. They seem to have no respect for my time and the inconvenience they continue to cause me. Their customer service is sad.
