CVS PharmacyReviews of cvs.com

Kudos to the staff and expertise to Fabian-photo, Sandra- front register, and Rocio the store manager. My issue that Fabian dealt with is a long story, but suffice it to say that he was able to make my photo mugs after I tried to get them done at the CVS on 41st Ave. and then the CVS on Bay Avenue. He worked on the mugs right then and there! Unfortunately, even Sandra and Rocio had to get in on the act. Luckily, everything‘s been resolved. Thank you to the staff at CVS Watsonville. I absolutely appreciate all your time working on everything.

A "MARRIED" Pharmacist whom is having an intimate relationship, with a pharmacy customer. Most importantly, the emotional & personal interaction with the customer's child. This is one of many sent personal emails from the Pharmacist, presumptively before a complaint was even initiated??? I already reported way before you could do anything. And they have nothing to do with this case. Good try though. In Florida, a pharmacist engaging in a sexual relationship with a customer while providing professional services, or within two years after the professional relationship ends, constitutes sexual misconduct and is a violation of the Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct. This conduct can lead to disciplinary actions, including license revocation or suspension, by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. The board can also issue emergency suspensions if probable cause exists to believe a pharmacist has committed sexual misconduct, according to the Florida Board of Pharmacy (.gov).

CVS Pharmacy service kinda sucks across the board except for this one! El Dorado Hills, Ca. The CVS in Target is stellar! They have been working together for years, with low turnover which translates into a cohesive team. I had been previously at the CVS on Latrobe rd and got run around after run around. It was comical. I saw good reviews for this one, went in, and was cared for with kindness and efficiency. Amazing!! All of them were on their game. Good Job ya'll. You're making people's lives easy in times of trouble!!! (thanks Terese)

The pharmacy changed my prescription without my approval. A $10.00 copay cost me $80.00 This actually happened 2 times because I was told it would be handled the first time. Which it never was. This means CVS stole money from me. I had a manager reach out to me and said she would call. That was never done. I called the CVS headquarters and spoke to a representative that said they would take my information and someone would get back to me. That never happened. CVS manager and headquarters absolutely do not care about the customer.

My insurance forces me to use CVS and in the last 4 years, they keep getting worse and worse. The staff in the store are good and usually want to be helpful, but their systems, particularly the auto-refill feature, are outdated and don't seem to work correctly. They keep putting barriers in between customers and their people, I assume in an effort to save $, but their systems are of poor quality and do not work well.

Nobody in the store to help or answer questions. I got an Easter card and was going to get some other things but couldn't find them. And nobody at checkout, self checkout only. May never go back.

disgusting company - i get 6-8 emails every single day from people they have sold my data too. people and companies i wouldnt trust, using gmail accounts etc. dont give them yoru personal data.

This is the bottom of the barrel Pharmacy. It's dirty, unstocked, gauging prices that go up every time u enter and the miserable staff especially the manager and the pharmacists are horrible. I filed a complaint today with CVS Corporate office. I'll never step foot into this store ever again. It's gone completely downhill under the Manager Rachel's leadership. Go anywhere else but here. All the CVS pharmacies here in Asheville have gone downhill. Beware.
