I recently visited CVS in Target department store I was treated very poorly the pharmacist said she did not want to give me my prescription because she's trying to protect the public and she did not know me my prescription I do understand I begin to explain to her the soft-spoken words and very kindly and I cancer in my liver cirrhosis and Hep C and I had some things going on at the doctor described the strongest medication for me because of the pain and the great pain I am was in I was in CVS 2 hours arguing with this woman to fill my prescription she discriminate against me she began to scream and slam the cabinets and scream and holler at me she began to cry as I brought my son in there because he's wondering what was taking me so long in my down syndrome daughterI begin to get sick and begin the run make everywhere and had to lay down on your bench I took pictures and recorded the whole incidentI did let her know I was recording I've never treated so bad in my life are pharmacist I'm a black woman I feel discriminated against how could someone say that to me and I down syndrome daughter my kids are biracial and she kept looking at my daughter and saying you people I feel you treated me very bad in poorly and I feel that was judged by my color my character and my dignity as a woman

They never have my prescription on time or they never have it, so I have to transfer to another pharmacy. I hate CVS!

I’d give it a negative score if I could. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer & is in terrible pain. The oncologist prescribed a narco and my dad dropped it off. She never takes pain meds but due to this her regular doctor had prescribed hydrocodone for what he thought was a pulled muscle and then the cancer doctor prescribed oxycodone bc it wasn’t working. Mg dad was told they would fill it (mind you the doctor office is open at this point ) but it would be TWO HOURS. He goes back and the witch was rude and said they would not fill it until they cross referenced with the doctor tomorrow. I called and was treated bad also. My mom wakes up screaming in pain every three hours and they were rude buttholes about this. DO NOT EVER USE A CVS if you can help it!!!! She was loyal for years but never ever again ever. I ordered Christmas photo cards and two photo ornaments from CVS and had them shipped to my local store. I got an email that one was ready for pick up, but when we went to pick it up, they said it wasn't there. Then, the cards were supposed to be there on a certain day, but updates on shipping had stopped and the cards were "not" at the store. I emailed customer service several times after nearly two weeks had passed, and oddly enough, suddenly everything was ready for pick up (the store called to let me know they were there, even though my mother had just been there to pick up one ornament which they had said previously was not there), despite me never receiving an email to pick anything up after the first email. I also never heard back from customer service either. Also, they tried to tell my mother that one of the items was not paid for when she picked it up for me while I was at work, despite everything being paid for when ordered online. I will not be ordering from them again, especially for anything related to their photo prints. Unless I want my order lost, or to never be notified of where things actually are, that is.

My family and I have been a long time customer of this CVS location in Hacienda Heights and have conducted business with them for everyday purposes, household items, and we got all of our family’s prescription medication at the Pharmacy. Everything was actually good and we were happy customers, which is until we started to notice that we were getting less than satisfactory and poor customer service at the Pharmacy. We thought we were the only ones noticing this behavior, but as it turns out, there are more customers getting poor service. The last straw was when the Pharmacy lead, Tammy, treated me with so much disregard and disrespect that it made me feel so unwelcome and now discouraged me from further carrying on my prescription transactions with CVS. I have told my family and friends about this and they all concur that she is in fact turning customers away and this will cost CVS and CVS Pharmacy business. CVS is losing money and its customers and it’s because of the poor treatment that Tammy is dishing out to its loyal customers. I do not recommend and advise to take your business elsewhere where you will be treated with respect and where your business will be welcome and appreciated. Thank you Tammy for turning me and my family and friends away from CVS Pharmacy, we will no longer conduct business with you and this store location at: 2141 South Hacienda Boulevard Hacienda Heights, CA 91745. Tammy should be replaced with someone who appreciates their staff, values their customers and values their business.

835 Newport Ave CVS is horrible. My prescription had no more refills so they were going to contact my Doctor, I heard nothing for 2 days so I called back. Told me my Dr did not send anything. CVS said they would send it to my Dr again. 10 days later I still don’t have my medication. My Dr told me he sent scripts to CVS a least 2 times. After Howell Smiths closed this CVS received there customers and since then they have gone down the drain

Do not go to the cvs in mechanicsville Maryland. Go to the independent pharmacy a half mile down the street. They are losing prescriptions and practicing price gouging. A prescription 5 months ago (not covered by insurance) had cost 30 dollars. They charged me 300! The store manager nor the franchise headquarters have ever returned a call to justify fraudulent charges.

Elkhorn Rd Sacramento location: 2yr experience, getting worse 1. first, they demanded to Violate federal HIPPA rights before filling a script: “required” full treatment info Dr’s office not allowed to disclose, so have to provide Dr report yourself (bc they’re not entitled and ILLEGAL) even tho: a. their techs don't let u deal directly with pharmacist for info “required” so, another violation, are unqualified b. insurer approval process already goes thru state med review panel of DOCTORS. 2. Delays filling monthly meds an average of 8 days late, even with 3+ weeks approval lead times given c. fax authorizations are routinely ignored/ forgotten/ not managed 3. Phone: avg over 40min on hold, expect 20min to speak to a human, then hold again. - Getting worse: Last month, after 15m to get thru, I was put on hold 2 check status, @90min hung up! 4. friends with different insurers have similar and increasing complaints 5. Summit of monthly ordeal, pickup: Some techs are nice at the counter, others seem like robots in shock, if not rote, it “does not compute.” Always understaffed, I definitely wouldn't choose to work there 6. looking up reviews, found systemic negative issues nationwide
