Contact is Too Much
I love the staff at my local CVS pharmacy. They are always so incredibly helpful and friendly. They have really made an effort to get to know me. This is the only reason I continue to use CVS. Since I take a lot of medications I am constantly bombarded with texts, emails, and automated phone calls to refill my meds way before I need to. I opted out of the texting and said to only text me when my order is ready, so then they proceeded to call me with automated messages repeatedly. I had to opt out of communications completely to get this stop. It was very annoying. They also at times refill medications that I do NOT have on auto re-fill. Since I don't need it at that time they put it back, but then mark it as "inactive" and I have to call to refill when I actually need it (instead of just ordering online). I hate auto refills and I hate the incessant reminders to refill my medications weeks ahead of running out. I understand it might be a good idea to have some extra in case of emergency, but I DO NOT want a huge stockpile of extra meds in my home. Again, I will keep going to CVS because of the staff at my local pharmacy . But please consider toning it down w/ the contact!
