CVS PharmacyReviews of cvs.com

Acting manager at 6506 North Alpine Road in Loves Park, IL was insulting to me on the phone at 4 pm on November 11, 2019. II called to talk about a defective item I had repurchased (after a refund was issued by the real, wonderful manager) that apparently was also defective.Thinking it must be the lot that is problematic, I reported it so as to alert the store. She remembered the refund, apparently processing it. I told her that we bought another box (CVS brand Hydrocolloid Foam 4x4 Bandages) and wanted to let the store know that it appeared that they had a problem with the second box as well. She said "Well, if the first one was defective, why in the world would you buy another one?" - in a sarcastic tone, implying I was an imbecile. I said that I didn't presume all of the product was defective and that I must be stupid! I left a message for the "real" manager," to call back. I have a Bachelor and Master Degree in the sciences by the way and don't appreciate being treated like I am stupid because I gave the store another chance and tried to buy a product I really needed and need.

Substandard services with the pharmacy Sarah

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The pharmacy in general is not too bad. My problem is with the mini clinic. Last year I went to get my flu shot there and they made me wait almost 2 hours even though there was only one person ahead of me. Today I went back and after waiting for 1/12 hours they said they were closed. When I told them I had been waiting for a long time, the person in charge said she had come out and looked every 10 minutes but didn't see anyone so she closed the clinic. There were 4 of us there waiting and she claimed she didn't see anyone. after been a CVS customer for over 15 years I am now switching pharmacies

I have been trying to get my medicine for 3days now from cvs in kingstree sc its never ready or you have to wait when it was called in whats the problem ?

I am new to the Galt, CA area. I use the stores pharmacy and shop there for products. i am Always greeted upon entering the store and asked if I need help finding anything. When I check out, I am asked if I found what I needed. The pharmacy is very quick in filling prescriptions and I have never had a bad experience there. The customer service is greatly appreciated.

Worst pharmacy ever ! 301 Andrews hwy in midland I don’t think there is a worst pharmacist in the world it’s a lady that works there and I would give zero stars but there is none ! Hire another pharmacist and I bet it would go hire the stars ! The pharmacist does not want to give me my prescription ! Don’t know why ask her she said from October 10 to November 8 is not 30 days lol oh lord of a pharmacist can not count I would check in that ! Does she have to count the medication all day ?
