The Newburgh , Indiana pharmacy has the most incompetent, arrogant, dishonest people in the business. All part of the pieces of corporate greed. Every month, they would mess my special needs child’s meds up. MD office would sent electronic refills to them and CVS would say they did not get them. The MD office even has documented the number of times CVS would mess up. CVS would fax refill requests to the wrong MD fax number after being given the correct number multiple times. Finally today I had enough!! I yelled at the pharmacist and a tech via phone over another error on their part. The pharmacist ( Whitney) told me I could “go somewhere else”. So my family moved all of our business to a local small independently owned pharmacy today.

CVS is the most worthless place I've ever been! They cant fill a prescription correctly or on time. Every time I walking in the door its constant irritation and harrassment. Stay away unless you need more stress and aggravation!

Due to my insurance changing I have to…
Due to my insurance changing I have to use "Caremark" the CVS "Prescription Benefit Program". It's been a nightmare! Transferring my prescriptions were one thing, took forever for them to get them all transferred. Now my prescription is written for 30 day supply and they only give me 15 because that is all the insurance will cover for 30 days. They told me to contact my doctor for a pre-authorization and I did. My doctor sent that in two weeks ago and I go to CVS to pick it up they said they didn't receive the pre-authorization. I call the customer service line and the lady on the line tells me the doctor simply needs to call in and state what they need to do and it's an authorization. I told her they told my doctor they need to fax in paperwork for the pre-authorization and the insurance company research it and calls my doctor back. The customer service lady states "I believe you" but we don't have anything. Unfortunately, I have spoken with my co-workers who also have this insurance who go to other CVS's and they said it's the same B.S.

Want photos?? DON’T GET THEM HERE!!
From someone who has worked with a pharmaceutical company before this place was poor in customer satisfaction in the majority of their departments. I had ordered a customized photo book- to which I spent two hours making online- and sent the order to cvs closest to my cosmetology school.
And this store is located Temecula near target mind you. Constantly busy, you’d think they take care of their customers, right?
Wrong!
Upon entering I was not greeted by main CSA, when observing how she helped customers she was very short tempered and least understanding to each customer that had a question, and rather seeing the guest leaves satisfactory, she asks for the next customer as the previous customer still struggled to gather their purchase.
When asking about my photo book order, she did go to the photo department to check, however, came back just to tell me that their machines were down AND they didn’t have the materials to complete the order..... when I asked if there was another option she denied and told me to send to another store... On top of letting out that no one ran the photo department after 10 pm....
YOU’RE A 24 HOUR STORE!!
Usually stores have two shift leads and two people to help with customers, ( from what I remember with previous competitor company) if someone was out on the floor wouldn’t they have enough time to check the order, see if they had the materials, and CALL the customer to let them know what other options they would offer???
I had an important interview with my school and it REQUIRED those pictures.
Honestly I let everyone at my school know to never use their photo services and I advise you guys as well!
THEIR PHOTO BOOTHS WERE EVEN OUT OF ORDER!!
WHO RUNS THEIR STORE LIKE THIS!?!
In all honesty, your best bet is Walgreens pharmacy... at least THEY train their staff to take care of the customer AND go further as to CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS IN CONCERNS OF AN ORDER!

CVS has changed it's phone answering…
CVS has changed it's phone answering system. HAIRPULLING IDIOTIC AND MORONIC - I wasted 45 minutes on my trac phone trying to get thru to a pharmacy technician about a prescription that they screwed up. Had to listen to umpteen advertisements that i was not interested in, not to mention that stupid robotic voice. SO I called the 800 number to complain (about Concord, MA store) and was told by an agent that he would put me thru right away without me having to go thru all that ROLLERCOASTER again. Of course, that didn't happen - i got thrown into that nightmare again. I will NEVER USE CVS AGAIN!!!!

CVS is horrible
CVS is horrible! I have spent 10 plus minutes on hold! The techs have hung up on me numerous times and have spoken down to me, cut me off in mid sentence and talked down to me! Definitely not the place you want to be!

I spent 30 minutes uploading pictures to get prints in an hour. I come back and they tell me they do not have my pictures even though I have a receipt and order number. They tell me I have to input the pictures all over again. No thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service.
