Mitchell the lady at the counter was super nice and told me about the discount I could get by buying more products. My experience with her was superb, and I give CVS a five star for good customer service. ( CVS 1616 S.MASON RD ,KATY, TX )

I went to CVS in Fort Walton Beach, FL for reprints from my phone. 5X7 prints were 1.79. I was going to see if I could find cheaper price elsewhere. This was Saturday Nov 30, 2019. Monday Dec 2, 2019 I received a coupon in the mail for 30% off my entire order, including photo center. SO I thought that would make them 1.25. SO Wednesday, Dec 4, 2019 I went to get my prints. WELL THEY RAISED THE PRICE TO 2.49 FOR THE PRINTS. Ripoff coupons for them to make money instead of the customer saving. They should be ashamed. NEVER WILL I ENTER A CVS AGAIN.

If I could give none start I would!!! This is the 3rd time I come to this location and they're always 4-6 hrs behind... If we,the patients come to this pharmacy is because we "trust" the good costumer service, not at all anymore, starting with the pharmacy staff being way rude, what part of "patient" they don't understand? We do not feel well and the pharmacist tell me she's "sick" she's not even supposed to be "here" really??? Never coming again.

Service has been great in the past but how can they change a prescription to a generic brand and charge the same price as the name brand prescription they have been giving me the past two years? That's not right, and they won't even tell you what your getting until it's been filled. I don't like paying for anything unless I know what I'm getting first! The only reason I go to them is because they have been providing the name brand prescription, if they are going to change that they won't be getting my business anymore.

Store #6087 My doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy. I never received a call to inform me it was ready to pick up. I called before & spoke to a lady/ she rudely told me that they didn’t have any history of my records. I then called my doctor to confirm and he sent me a confirmation that it was sent to this pharmacy . I drove up to CVS to pick up my prescription/ when I got there the woman said she spoke to me already and they don’t have it and waved me off. I asked her if she could take a look at the confirmation and let me know what is going on. She said no and was very rude even called me a dog. I was so upset to avoid conflict I called my doctor again and asked could he resend it. He said he would call to make sure it is being done. He called, I told the lady my doctor is calling to provide the information for my prescription request she ignored the phone ringing and said the phones are down. I left and decided to go to Walgreens pharmacy. Worst customer service experience ever.
