The most disgusting women including the pharmacist are rude all the time & never change. I have a family of 8 and will never shop there again or fill my prescriptions
I’m switching back to Walgreens since they now accept my insurance. They really need to do some house cleaning in that store. I don’t know who does the hiring there but everyone down to the pharmacist is nasty.
Trust me, if I wouldn’t get in trouble I would slap the crap out of those nasty women that work there!!! They like to be nasty behind a counter.... wonder if they would talk like they do outside????

TAKE IT OUT ON CORPORATE FOR CUTTING PHARMACY HOURS DURING BUSIEST TIME EVER
PLEASE UNDERSTAND IT'S NOT PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTERS FAULT..............IT'S THE UNDER APPRECIATED corporate who don't have to answer to the public to tell you customers that even though the lines are out the door, and around the corners, corporate has cut ALL PHARMACY TECH HOURS, AND PHARMACISTS TOO. I've been going to the SAME CVS in Cocoa Beach for over 20 years, and the past 2 years have been busier than the 18 years combined . Try to understand that these people behind the pharmacy counter go from working 10-15 hour days, to having there hours cut.....UM, NOW HOW WOULD YOU FELL, IT'S NOT LIKE THEY CAN TELL YOU THIS.... SO I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE ANY LUCK TALKING WITH THE CORP. PEOPLE WHO CUT YOUR PHARMACISTS HOURS, SO THEY CAN TAKE THEIR 2ND VACAY, While us nobodies down here on earth don't want to wait 2-4 days to get our prescriptions, or because they don't have the medicine, because pharmacies in this county are going on strike, so where are the people gonna go when their pharmacies on strike.......closest big chain to them, which is on the corner of A1A and 520 across from RON JONS.....OHHHHHH, AND DID I MENTION IT'S BEEN UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR MONTHS NOW,, AND NOOOOOO! it's not slower.........there's more people than ever. We can't even get a parking spot most times, I have to drop my prescription off weather its time or not, and them fill it when it's ready, because the construction is awful. IF ANYONE CAN THINK OF ANYTHING OTHER THAN THEMSELVES, TAKE A MINUTE, AND ASK HOW THE WORKERS ARE DOING, IF THEY CAN EVEN BREATHE BECAUSE THEIR TIRED OF WORKING TO DEATH, THEN CUT...WTH . THEY ARE HONESTLY THE NICEST PEOPLE, WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO FIND YOU THE BEST PRICES, OVER AND OVER AGAIN, FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT TO PAY TOP DOLLAR, BUT COMPLAIN BECAUSE THEY WERE STANDING THERE TO LONG, BUT IF IT WERE ME, AND A CUSTOMER WAS YELLING AT ME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF THEIR CONTROL ......HOW NICE SHOULD OR WOULD I BE...... IF YOU DONT LIKE IT , TELL CORPORATE TO COME LISTEN TO EVERYONES COMPLAINTS. TO THE CVS ON THE CORNER OF A1A AND 520, I /WE APPRECIATE YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH. I have been watching y'all for a long time now being treated like .....well you know. FYI I HAVE NEVER WORKED FOR CVS, OR KNOW ANYONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OUTSIDE OF CVS, just a compassionate person who has worked with the public for a very long time... THANKS GUYS..... YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME

If I could give them no stars I would. The customer service is totally unhelpful and unfriendly. If I hadn’t pushed and challenged I would have been overcharged by $100 for my prescription. The sad thing is this is not a one time occurrence I have to do this every month and they fight me every month and blame it on everything other than CVS. I would recommend using a different pharmacy if you can

Your pharmacy is a joke
Your pharmacy is a joke! You say you are open 24 hours, I went to fill a script at 4:30 in morning. They said I have to wait until 9. I can’t help I have cancer, I my MD told me to go get it filled at CVS. The drug is methadone on 56 pills. It’s discrimination, cancer and my plane leave at 7:25. But they wouldn’t help me, why are the open 24 hours. I work at IHC Orthopedics across the street, I going tell my patients don’t go to CVS. They discriminate, it’s so sad. I didn’t ask for cancer, my MD thought they are 24 hours so the must fill, but they don’t. Only schedule 4 drugs. Reason they need to contact my doctor but why I had a legitimate script. It’s flat out wrong what they are doing. If anybody reads don’t fill at CVS ever.

Called 2x waited about 15 minutes each…
Called 2x waited about 15 minutes each time. Then called cvs about it and called CVS on Britain rd 2 days later and sat waiting 34 minutes and 7 seconds for someone to answer pharmacy phone. I was driving while on hold and drove through Hudson, Stow, Munroe falls and Tallmadge, Ohio to Akron, Ohio to this cvs. There was no one in line and I was still on hold on phone. unbelievable

CVS Corp... you just gave up, didn’t you?
After 20+ yrs as a CVS customer... see ya! Buhbye. Great staff, nice people, but Pharmacists are pushed too hard and Pharmacy is sadly understaffed. That’s when the mistakes happen and they just no longer have the will or time to fix the mistake and provide the great customer satisfaction of years past. Don’t bother calling Customer Service 800 number... that will just make you bang your head on a wall. #supportlocalpharmacy

Phone tree & website not user friendly- update
The new phone tree and website are the WORST. The phone robot never understand commands either voice or numbers & when i finally got transferred to a person, line went dead twice. Tried the website but it never recognizes my password and doesn't accept new ones from Dashlane, my password manager app. After many tries, had to do manual password. Then the Rx I needed said it was on autofill and there was no checkbox to request it. It said to "contact pharmacist" which meant going through the horrid phone tree again. Guess i'll have to go to the store after wasting 35 minutes. Wish there were more than just 2 near monopoly pharmacies to choose from.
UPDATE - i only signed up for text reminders but now they are phoning me 2 times a day, everyday! Can't choose just one or other on website so i tried to opt out of both but the "save" button disappears if you opt out. What a sneaky con. What we go through for the pleasure of paying the highest prices in the world for Rxs.

On this past Saturday Dr ordered 3 meds…
On this past Saturday Dr ordered 3 meds one was cough syrup. They said they were out of it get one over the counter same thing. Which I did 3 days later went back to Dr told her I wasn't able to get cough syrup.She said it wasnt the same thing go to another pharmacy get filled! That Pharmacist was on hold 45 mins with them.Not that I was dying but I had acute bronchitis and all the running around didn't help. This CVS has gone downhill. New staff,they dont seem to care.
