CVS is working so hard
CVS is working so hard, one of my orders came from 4 different places but the orders were accurate, timely and in excellent condition. Thank you to the CVS employees working through the frightening virus period and thank you to the CVS CEO who has his company in very good working order. I love CVS and its people.

The "V" for value in CVS is definitely…
The "V" for value in CVS is definitely NOT TRUE!!! They are the Highest priced on ALL their items!! You would be hard pressed to find a store with HIGHER PRICES!! Their BOGO at half price is a joke along with their 2 foot long register receipt with items on sale that are way over priced to begin with.

Pharmacy Manager thinks he's a GOD
Pharmacy Manager, Henry Huynh - NPI 1235770769 of store #9668 is extremely rude to all customers. I highly suggest this employee be retrained on how to appropriately interact with customers. There are extensive complaints about this employee from the Menifee #10434 location that this person use to work. There are a lot of reviews about this person's behavior that can be found online.
He seems to have a high ego and thinks he's better than everyone. He belittles his customers and coworkers, mistreats them, and his actions certainly do not reflect the oath of the pharmacist.
CVS, check on your employees. I can say, without a doubt, tons of complaints about this employee can be found. Do not continue to let them disrespect all customers and even coworkers.

Manager is dragon lady
I had bought a copper sleeve conpression, needed to return in, wrong size. Nick cashier stated I was unable to do so. I asked for manager, manager name is crystal come up to where I am standing " what's up" nick stated I had a return and was questioning why I couldn't return, Crystal being some what loud, explains I should have read the note on the counter, which there is 4-5 taped down notes. I said with the covid I should not stand around and read notes I try to get in and out. That maybe in the future point it out there are no returns, Crystal was rude, disrespectful, very aggravated towards me. I told her she should not be speaking to any customer in the tone she was using ( I've been in a manager position) customers should be treated " as customer is right" with her tone she ( crystal) stated oh no customers are not right. When I asked her her name she stated it, and walked off to a storage room. I go to this cvs offten and know most of the employees, they are very helpful and do a great job. Crystal should not be a Manager, dealing with the public or needs some Dale Carnegie classes, but should not at least be able to talk the way she did. I will be posting this on neighborhood website, I'll be calling headquarters, I will post her name every chance I can. April 23, 2020 at 12 noon

I am recommending to all of my patients…
I am recommending to all of my patients in my practice to use another pharmacy other than CVS. Most of my patients have been dissatisfied with CVS's pharmacy service for sometime and open to a better alternative then an uncaring retail chain. There is a lack of professionalism throughout this organization and the CVS electronic system causes a variety of errors that prevents people from getting their medications as prescribed. When you call corporate expect a long wait time on the phone, expect to be transferred to the wrong department such as HR and don't expect to have your issues resolved. I am in the process of encouraging many of my colleagues to minimize the use of CVS in their practices also.
