Hi CVS is worst Pharmacys that we've ever had any dealing with ..Every one that we when to they treated us very arrogant and Judgmental..Every single CVS we drove to didn't have the meds to full the scrip or.they we not in agreement with what the Doctor prescribed instead just doing there job..they were arrogant and Judgmental we drove to approx 10 to 12 of them... After talking to a Real Pharmacy they said they just say that to get rid of you ..CvS sucks big time i.wouod.recommand WALGREENS. they are really Good ..I've had my best experience with WALGREENS they treat as Customer..thank god ..

I bought an oximeter ($69.00) in Wash DC area CVS on April 4, 2020. I arrived at my daughters with my grandchildren to test the oxygen levels due to the colds, flu symptoms experienced and the item didn’t work properly. I returned to the store on April 6, 2020, was informed by the manager to read the piece of paper on the counter with about 5 paragraphs of information regarding Covid-19. Somewhere in the middle of the leaflet read “ All Sales Are Final” ........ except for prescriptions. I was swindled out of $69.00+ tax with a non functioning oximeter.

I have never used CVS; i get all my prescriptions from Safeway or Walgreens, both of which are within easy walking distance from my house. Out of the blue i got a letter from CVS inviting me to switch to their pharmacy, and they named my prescriptions! How the hell do they know what my prescriptions are? Doesn’t this violate HIPPA laws?!

I am a nurse. I just want to make it clear CVS is wonderful for the most part. I would suggest CVS to anyone !! However CVS on West Main Street in Waterbury has got to be the worse! My co workers and I dread everytime we have to call them. First off your on hold for the pharmacy for a very extended amount of time every time you call there. Which as a health care worker I get. However the attitudes of your co workers is just incredulous. I called was on hold 30 minutes got hung up on, called a second time was on hold for 20 minutes and they claim they couldn't hear me I begged them not to hang up got hung up on again and the third time the woman was completely rude to me!!! As a heath care giver a human I just don't deserve this at all. No one does. People are going through enough to have to deal with a nasty rotten personality on the other end of the line. When I tell you this happens with this particular CVS every time we call its NOT an understatement. Ive even had patients tell me when I tell them I will call for them...."GOOD LUCK THEY ARE HORRIBLE THERE!" I wouldn't take the time to write this review if it was just a one time bad call but this is everytime I call this CVS that an attitude is given. Im sorry but with everything going on NO ONE DESERVES THIS!! It takes a lot for me to verbalize how I feel but today just was enough.....Please please have your staff be a little more kind you never know who is on the other line or how sick they may be or what theyre going though ....especially with everything going on....it is just not ok....Sometimes a friendly tone can make or break someones day....Thanks for listening to the rant...Have a blessed day and stay safe!!!

I made an online purchase of a CVS brand item as a gift for my husband on March 26, 2020. At the time, there was a 60 day return policy. No mention of COVID-related return policy updates had been posted, nor was I warned with a prompt that all sales would be final. My husband didn’t like the item. When we tried to return it to the local store they refused it, explaining that no returns would be allowed during the COVID-19 situation. As much as we understand, we feel we have been mislead, and that the rules changed after the fact. I would think, and hope, that a company as large as CVS would care more about customer service.

CVS is atrocious. My Elderly mother tried to have her prescription delivered to her and they refused to do so. Given the fact that cannot go out during the virus and that she has no means of transportation, this is cruel and needless. I have had my share of issues dealing with their customer service reps. They are rude, obnoxious and ignorant. I will never shop there again!!

I tried transferring mother’s prescription from Walgreens based on insurance request and it did go very well. Although, I went to the pharmacy with a list of my mom’s current prescription, gave a copy of her insurance card, updated her phone number. I requested a prescription refill via the phone. I didn’t receive a message that the prescription was ready for pick up because they called her previous number that it was in their system 6 years prior, from a previous state. They also told me that the prescription would cost x amount of dollars. I questioned the cost because that was the reason for the prescription transfer from Walgreens, the no copay requirement. I had to resubmit the insurance information. Again, I updated mom’s contact information. I had a repeat of the same interaction a few weeks later. I decided that’s it. I transferred the prescription to Publix Pharmacy (also on the preferred list from the insurance company) and all has been well since then. This was a frustrating experience because time was limited and I need an efficient organization.

I will never Step Foot into a CVS Pharmacy again!! The pharmacist are woman LIARS. The one in Hazel Park Mi and the one at 9 Mile and Hilton. I have Single Care and each time I asked them to USE IT!! They did NOT, I asked for the cheaper version they IGNORED ME. THESE DRUGIST Are Crooks BEWARE!!. USE WALGREEN OR Costco.
