First I would like to say that the people were courteous and professional and did their jobs by the book. My problem is with the vaccine appointment system. I have gotten my flu shot at CVS for several years. Each time they take time to process my insurance info, even though it was the same as the previous year, and I have to fill out forms. This year, with a pandemic, they offer online reservations where you can fill out the forms online and provide insurance data so that you can be in and out in as short a time as possible. I did just that. In minutes I get an automated call that my insurance is not accepted for "F." Remember, same as last year. I call CVS and my insurance. "OK, it's fixed. Just present your card at check-in." I went in at the appointed time, presented my card - five minutes of typing. He returns my card and gives me forms, the same forms I filled out online. There's a guy waiting behind me, he is there longer than he needs to be because of this. Finally the forms are in and I am told to "wait over there." I finally get to sit down for the vaccination, only then is my temperature taken, in the final minute of my stay. Then the face shield, which is not directly to protect me, goes on for a few seconds hile the shot is given. Total time, about 15 minutes, same as always. The online appointment had no effect.

Always professional and courteous
I have been going to the CVS in Willoughby Hills, Ohio on Chardon Road, Store #4348 for about five years. I would like to compliment the pharmacy staff for always being courteous and professional with me. They are usually very busy but get the job done. Recently (9/15/20) got a flu shot. I had signed up for a time slot on my phone, filled in all the answers, provided my signature but apparently the information did not get to store and I received no confirmation via phone but they still took me right away. Store could maybe use a coat of pain and new carpet, but I'd rather have the quality of people there (and I mean everyone is great) than frills. They deserve recognition. Thank you.

Worst customer service and staff
Worst customer service and staff. Doctor called in prescriptions and they said they didn’t have it for over an hour. When I went to pick up the prescription at the window they closed it in me and asked me to go inside instead of helping me. On the website it’s states different hours than they are going by!!!

CVS doesn’t care. Terrible service.
CVS doesn’t care about customer service. They solicited scheduling online for flu shots, but when I showed up at appointed day and time they said they had no supply for several days. Pharmacist just walked away - no assistance or attempt to reschedule. Not the 1st time I have experienced problems with CVS. But it will be the last. All they do is give you a 10’ long receipt with lots of worthless coupons that expire in a few days. Worthless coupons, high staff turnover, terrible customer service and not very good prices.

My order arrived and 4 items were WRONG and one damaged!
My order arrived and 4 items were incorrect and one was damaged. I ordered 2 bottles of Biotin but they sent me Super B Complex. I ordered 2 boxes of Nexium capsules, 42 count. They sent me one box of 28 and one box of 42 minis, not capsules. They sent me a lipstick that looked used. They don't have online customer service and limited phone service during the week. I was on the phone 1 hour and 18 minutes. My time is money. At first the rep was apologetic and helpful. He asked if I wanted a refund and I agreed, but wanted the items, except the lipstick replaced. He put through a return and emailed me a label. I was told I had to reorder online myself, which meant, I didn't get the CVS sale prices, my ExtraCare rewards $, my 25% off everything, the store coupons or the BOGO for my vitamins. He said he couldn't change the refund, but offered to order me the Nexium. Then says, "oh, it's out of stock, that is why they sent you the wrong ones." Seriously? Why not just say it is out of stock, rather than ripping off the customer. Now, I needed the Nexium since I am out of it and use it daily. I was told to go to a CVS store. I am not going into stores because of COVID. That's why I ordered online! I had the 28 pack of the correct Nexium and said I needed to keep that and CVS needed to refund me all of my money. I was told they would charge for the pack of 28 pills, which was an absurd price and far more than I paid for the on sale Nexium, 42 count. I asked to speak to a manager. No, can't speak to upper level, since rep is working from home. He had already spoken with his "PM," whatever that means. I said, then I'll speak to him if you can't get someone else. He agrees, puts me on hold and when I asked about the PM, he said, no, you can't talk to him. Ok! So, what are you doing for me? I need the items and I am not losing my coupons, rewards and discounts, which would happen if I reorder. There is nothing "we" can do. Seriously? CVS rips off its customers! At the store one time, the clerk made an error ringing up my items and she had to start all over! She was a bit confused. She then refused to put in my 32% off coupon, since I had already used it. She used it and had to cancel my order. Manager wasn't going to fix it. I had them keep the items and left. I know this is very specific, but it speaks to how CVS deals with their customers. There is NEVER a solution, even when CVS is clearly warm. The rep apologized profusely in the beginning of the call, so much so that it was nauseating. CVS obviously doesn't go by the motto, the customer is always right, even when CVS is clearly wrong. If I could give 0 stars, I would. If this had happened with another company, they would have apologized and fixed the problem! Of course you would get replacements at the price you paid, since they are not technically replacements anyway---they sent the wrong items. Biotin--Super B Complex--ya, they seem the same. Shame on CVS customer service. Maybe you need to bring everyone back to work so managers can be of assistance. Or---better yet, have the manager call me to solve the problem.

CVS no longer cares
CVS no longer cares about its customers. They used to have a policy were you at the very least acknowledge someone is on hold, now you can sit for a half an hour or longer to speak to someone. All I want to know was if my medication that had to be ordered came in. The auto tells me it is being processed but who the hell knows what that means.

Cvs store rarely has two of anything…
Cvs store rarely has two of anything for buy one get one free or half off.
Cvs online is worse and sends if you can get it- incorrect items and never honors your coupon or raincheck if their clerk has made a mistake!!!!
I think they are taught to deflect customers and put them on hold for an hour or be nasty to them in the store.
I worked in stores for 20 yrs- the motto is” the customer is always right”
With this store, the customer is never right!
