Went for COVID test 6 days ago. Website said results in 2 to 3 days. Phone line now says to 3 to 5 days. Called today, results still pending. Said nothing they could do to expedite results. I need testing related to work. At least 20 other employees have reported results within 3 days, and all went to other testing sites: Counties, urgicenters, walgreens, hospital sites, etc. This is a disgrace. CVS mini clinic alliance with AETNA will be a total disaster when fully rolled out.

CVS has the knack of hiring rude employees, they really do! I've seen this for 20+ years, in several different cities. The techs are nasty, the pharmacists are short tempered and unhelpful, I HAD to go in my local CVS today and it was as usual. The tech let me stand there while she looked at something on her phone, the pharmacist was rude when I had a question about over the counter medication, she was not interested or particularly helpful. Screw them, as always. Must be why their prices are so high, nobody goes in there!

CVS has gotten way too big. No C, No V, No S. Now they bait and switch with their coupons. They suddenly can't process them when they're about to expire. I have a great state senator, Sal DiDomenico. He likes to protect people, especially old people, from greedy coporations. Let him know what CVS has turned into. RT Devane

I have waited in the drive through with six cars ahead of me. One car took 20 minutes. ! I’m sure it’s going to be at least another hour or longer before it’s my turn. This is not very good customer service and no one has an hour or longer to pick up a prescription.

4 days ago I paid online to have a prescription delivered to my address. I always receive up dates when the order has been picked up and delivered. I still have not received any updates. This morning I called the tech at the CVS on 7400 S Gartell Rd in Aurora CO., I was asked if I have check my mail. Then I was told it should be soon and the tech ended the call without me being able to explain I have not receive any updates. This is med for my metal health and CVS does not seem to care

If there was a zero that’s what I would put. CVS Chesapeake Va on Kempsville rd and CVS on Sunset Blvd In Steubenville, Ohio both I’ve dealt with!! No one answer the Pharmacy phones, scripts are taking days/weeks to fill. Then you go to pick them up and they aren’t ready. This is a poor poor operation. Never never have I seen such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst customer service . No one ever answers the phone at the Orlando , Colonial st Location. Out of stock of my Prescription For the third time in 6 months . No one knows when or if any other cvs locations have My prescription for me to transfer . So the online transfer is garbage .

Their computer system sends you a text stating your doctor did not refill your prescription. You just had your annual 2 months ago And your prescriptions were supposed to be refilled for another year. You call your doctor complaining to them that they didn't do their job. They say yes we did. Then you call and wait on hold for 10 to 15 minutes For a rep to look at your charts and say oh yes I see it now. Very unsophisticated IT department. Unfortunately I don't have a choice with my insurance.
