If you really wanted to help your customers answer the phone. Your automated phone is trash. I have never once had my questions answered correctly By that stupid automated phone before I give up. Every time I have a question I have to drive 25 minutes to your pharmacy. To actually speak to a real person. I try to be kind but God help me the frustration from your phone system gets to me every time.

After looking at all the long reviews negative reviews,I recommend not going to this CVS pharmacy in Monroe MI ,they mess up my prescription every time I go there... this is strike three for me I am not going back to this pharmacy.

Consistently do not have medication in stock. Takes a week to get it. Said they were conducting rapid result COVID testing..show up and they say it’s not rapid. Why advertise it as that and allow sign ups for it? CVS is the worst.

So recently my pharmacy functions for CVS on my phone app stopped working, after trying to fix it with online support, which is a joke, nothing ever got resolved. A new version was coming i was told. Today i noticed my online web based pharmacy stopped working. The URL now says V2 in the name, it never loads . . .ha ha . . .what crap.

The CVS at 423 and 270 Stonebrook is the worst at trying to maintain my medicine regimen. They seem to be overwhelmed and cannot get your prescriptions right. Their record keeping is horribly bad. They say that I’m enrolled in the 90 day period for my meds but every 30 days I have to go to the store to correct them and get my medicine. They have the wrong doctor entered so when they contact him the prescriptions are turned down. The cavalier attitude is disconcerting also. This place is not very professional. When you call to get answers nothing happens!

I wish I could give CVS com a minus 0. Worst customer service. I received an item that is completely different and 60% cheaper than what I ordered. Several calls but no results. Will never order from them again. I’ve had much better experience with Walgreen’s.com.

Called in a script on December 14th went to CVS to pick it up on December 17th the young lady behind the counter said I had to go to drop off window went to drop of window another associate said she didn’t have a script for me then she went to check after realizing I did have a script she went to talk to pharmacist to ask how long would it take to fill script never came back to tell me anything so I went back to pharmacy window to ask how long would the script be she directed me back to the same lady that never came back to let me know anything treat customers like they don’t care about them or there needs very rude they ignored the fact that I was even there waiting very Poor customer service I was a customer there many years ago I got the same treatment so I change pharmacy then I thought things had changed as time has pass this is the only pharmacy I have ever been to that they treat customers this way if you don’t want to deal with people need to find another career I was so upset with them.
