Awful customer service, they very rude, I will never deal with them anymore. Please choose Walgreens or any other place over cvc.

Do not use the pharmacy. They have screwed up so many of our prescriptions. They short you and charge you full price. Last night they really screwed up. Went to get an inhaler foe my husband COPD my co pay was 92.00. They told me pull up this coupon you will get it for 5.00. Say it ended ip changing my prescription to 230.00. Instead of fixing there mistake they tried to charge us 180.00 when the prescription was originally 92.00. Told them to go f themsleves. Turning them in to the BBB

That ROBO VOICE! Please change the horrid voice that has been there for years. I DREAD CALLING The wait time on the phone is absurd, and it is filled with commercials with that same vrobo oice! 20-30 minute waits on the phone, Grade F. Length of time to wait for prescriptions, Grade F CVS doesn't hire enough people. Thus pharmacy staff is frustrated and it shows in their tone, their attitude. I have to use them but compared to Walgreens? NO CONTEST.

CVS Is the only store that has its bathrooms closed during covid 19. Everyone else has their bathrooms open, even the little coffee store cross the street. I'm 62 and I often need to use the bathroom when I am shopping, and in the last month I've had to leave my basket full of what I wanted to buy, in the middle of the aisle, and leave CVS to go across the street to Safeway and use the bathroom. I only went into CVS today to buy a birthday card and the bathroom is still closed, so I'm going across the street to Safeway, I'll buy my birthday card there.

I scheduled my (Farmington, CT) CVS flu and pneumonia shots online, which was a waste of time because I was informed at the CVS pharmacy that the online scheduling does not work. So I gave all my info to the pharmacist and she said my insurance would not cover the shot until the next day. I went to my car and called my insurance company and was informed that I was covered for the shots. I went back into CVS and by then there was a line at the pharmacy so I just left. Not good service at all.

Absolute worse pharmacy in the Metro area. First off the pharmacist here is very rude and not a people person at all and on top of it acts like you are an inconvenience! I had gone to fill 2 prescriptions. And I was told they were out of stock and would have it in the next day. I went in the next day and they still didnt have it and were out of my maintenance prescriptions as well. Mind you they had all my info on fill including my contact info. But I did not receive any call about this. Finally a tech said he would locate a pharmacy that can fill my scripts and he was able to locate one near by. At least one person was helpful. If not for my insurance I sure as heck would never have gone here in the first place. Hy Vee Pharmacy is much better and professional and helpful You all could take a lesson from them!

Most horrible pharmacy on the planet stupid low grade pharmacist and once they get your phone number you cannot stop them from texting or calling you with automated calls 567 times a day do not go there do not use CVS they sell all your health information

Absolutely terrible service. Had surgery removing tonsils, annoids, as well as synoplasty. Went to 4 different CVS each time them telling me to go to this one or that one cause they would be able to fill my prescription. After the 4th stop dropped it off at 3:25pm was told I could get it by 5:00pm. Showed up at 5:00 pm and had to wait till 6:30pm to get. I was out of surgery at 12:00pm had wait 6-1/2 hours to get pain meds...
