The CVS on 280 is horrible with communication. I called to get my medicine transferred and the lady said she would get it moved. Went up there and they had not even put the request in. I had to wait another 2 hours to get it filled. They need to communicate better. This is ridiculous. Had to call several times to even get in touch with a pharmacist.

All CVS stores, the one I use most is 315 broad st,cumberland,are great the store staff and pharmacy staff are fantastic,the only complaint I have is with the pharmacy automated system,when your auto voice is trying to say a script name,it is very hard if not impossible to understand..you should do away with that and just use the order number

Overcharged by $50.00. Took 5 hrs on phone between hold & being shuffled from department to department & 4 days for return call. I was told I would receive my reimbursement check in 3 or 4 WEEKS! CVS uses 3rd party services for prescriptions. On 2 occasions in 3 weeks orders from my doctor were dropped. It takes a ridiculous amount of time & patience to get to the right people at CVS Customer Service . I would not recommend CVS to my worse enemy. I have had mixed service at store level, 2 very helpful but mostly not.

This company is horrendous they Freaking Suck! No other way to put it. They need to be shut down what a racket. Doctor writes a prescription for 60 BP pills with one refill, I pick it up it is 12 pills with one refill. Not enough to make it to the follow up appointment. I also had to pay for the refill out of pocket because it was to soon, terrible company, Maybe the CEO should cut his salary and pay a few more to staff the stores!

We are fortunate to have CVS Store , 2801 Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY # 4610, only a 5min. drive from our home. Very professional , friendly staff, also always a clean, well kept store. Thanks! Keep up the good work.

Like pulling teeth to get a persciption refilled. Husband having liver transplant, CVS is the only pharmacy we are allowed to use with insurance. I am so afraid I will not have the anti rejection rx's he needs on time. Been waiting on one rx for over a month.

Wait times way to long. They are confused who there patients are And are nasty. You won’t want to go there bellingham. They may be nice but that is if you catch the right two people
