Dropped off film to be processed in January. Was told it would be just under $11 and a couple days. I called and called. No one knew where my films were. Then 4 months later and many many calls. They found them. And the biggest is, instead of $10.89 a roll, it was $29.89 a roll! So not only did it take then 4 months, but they tripled the price!! No one had a good reason, or any logical reason. What a joke!

CVSCaremark has kind customer services reps, but must have very insufficient training for it's employees. I had two unique occurrences where a specific medication was needed and given varying erroneous information from bot clinical and customer services staff, along with no positive resolution and gross delays. Although CVSCaremark is tied to my medical insurance provider, I no longer use them for my prescription drug needs, rather I self-pay with less stress and greater financial benefits with other perks, and discounts cards. What happened to patient-centric care?

If you leave in the Boston area and need a covid test, don’t use CVS, especially if you need tour results within a certain (24/48 hour time frame). You pay a lot of money and CVS does not meet it side of the bargain... at least not to us. Use the Mass testing sides. They are paid out of our taxes and they give you the results back consistently and within 24 hours

I just wanted to let you know what a great experience I had visiting the CVS at Fort Salonga CVS on Long Island. The Staff is great especially the cashiers! They get me in and out really fast. They are very nice and always helpful! The Managers are great! and the Pharmacy staff in fanastic! especially Kelly. I love shopping there!

Miserable customer service. I have been calling my pharmacy all day. They do not answer, I have called at least six times, and each time I am listening to awful music for at least ten minutes. A friend using a different CVS tells me the same thing. Their phone system is ridiculous. I'm going elsewhere.

I absolutely don’t like CVS in Kaplan la . They never have any medicine they tell me my medicine is to early to get when today is the 30 th day I’ll have to wait 4 more days bc they feel I don’t need it right when I run out. I hate how rude they are to u like we’re bothering them. It’s ur damn job don’t work there if u don’t want to serve customers. On top of that I’ll be waiting forever just for them to come and tell u anything they’ll let u sit there at the window for 30 minutes while they laugh joke and play instead of letting me know anything this happens everytime I go... after this month I will not be coming back

The CVS store on Sahara/Valley View does not even deserve 1 star. There employees harass you throughout the store about your mask. They do not follow the 6ft rule as they get extremely close to you in their efforts to “ scold” you like you’re a child. It is an unpleasant atmosphere to shop in. CVS is no longer a shopping option to me. I’m tired of these types of employees. I do not need to spend my money to help pay an employee like this.

I spend around $4500 a year copays on all of my medications with my Part D drug coverage. I have had way too many issues with getting my refills at our CVS in the past few years & have made the painful decision to go back to using Walmart RX. I have been without my heart medication for over a week now because CVS refuses to follow up on a “fax” sent to my Drs office for refills. Walmart always picked up the phone & called because they care about their customers health issues & want them to have their medications. CVS could care less about their customers. Never again will I use them! Today was the end for me when the lady actually “hung up” the phone on me because I told her that it was ridiculous that I had to be without my heart medications for over a week!!
