Frick you i dont have a reference why the frick do i need a reference really bruh made me go through 30 mins of filling out information to tell me at the end to write a reference from a manager supervisor frick i look like

CVS doesn't even deserve one star. The pharmacy in Tempe, Arizona, McClintock and Broadway is terrible. Somehow the "auto refill" was mysteriously removed from my blood pressure medication so I had to catch that and order it myself. Didn't hear anything from CVS so a couple days before my prescription was out, I called them to check. They gave me inconsistent stories, like they sent the prescription to the dr 5 times and dr didn't reply. Then they told me they had no record of my request, so I don't know which it true, if either. Called dr and they denied receiving notification from pharmacy. I asked CVS for the "straight story" but they said they didn't "understand my question." This is only the beginning, the saga went on and on. I spoke to the pharmacy manager and she had absolutely no customer service skills and pretty much blew me off. Bad attitude. I asked to speak to her boss but that person never called me, no surprise. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Am moving my prescriptions as soon as I can.

The phone system is so slow and repetitive. Plus the time it takes in waiting for the prescription to be ready is very slow. Plus they are not very polite on the phone .

I used to use Walgreens and loved it, but my insurance forced me to switch to CVS if I didn't want to pay out of pocket. I can't afford that so I switched. I hate it. I tried to refill a prescription (or rather, transfer it from Walgreens) that I have had multiple doses for in the past. I selected the dose I needed, but they filled the wrong one. That could be very bad if it were a different medicine. The people in the drive-thru seem okay, but the ones that answer the phones sound bored and angry that I bothered them. I also asked for non-child-resistant packaging because my household is two adults and I have issues opening them sometimes, but they didn't listen and I have child-proof packaging. I hate CVS. Edit: I have now been trying for multiple weeks to get a medication but I have had to call 3 times so far and I still don't have it. The condition isn't dire but can get worse if left untreated. So I guess they don't care if I get sicker.

Left my mom without her Clonazepam she is 77. She got a prescription from hospital in Webster,Ma. Head pharmacist would not fill prescription and mocked my mother. Very evil and incompetent.

The pharmacy at 1299 Broadway El Cajon Ca is my favorite store to shop. I transferred my scripts over to this location. Jones in the pharmacy is always helpful and polite. Store #9114

Worse customer service. on this location 17625 Harvard Ave I am complaining about this CVS manager. I am a CVS customer for more than ten years. For the last four months, I want to purchase my supplies from that location. The manager is unhelpful, insufficient knowledge, and rude. And I end up to go the other CVS Location, the same problem with pharmacy. They even want to answer your questions. I don't understand base on what they choose the manager!!! For sure, I am not wasting my time on CVS anymore.

Why has CVS customer service plummeted downhill? I have been a loyal customer fir years. Their texting has gotten off the hook. In the past two months they have texted me numerous times threatening to put medication’s back on shelves when I’m not even due for refills- and jus twice this past month I have gotten notifications from them that medication’s are ready when they haven’t been- plus they emailed me twice asking me to confirm medications die for refills and when I do I receive an email confirming that- but when I go to pick them up at my local CVS I am told it’s some sort of weird phantom email because I’m not due for any refills. It’s become increasingly frustrating. Yesterday was the cherry on the Sundae. I picked up a refill of a liquid medication that was supposed to be 400 MLs and instead they gave me a bottle of only 40 MLs. They apologized for the mistake- but seriously- a pharmacist should NOT be making a mistake when it comes to dispensing medication. Time to find a new medication provider.
