I visited location on 6-26 at Bethel park location on library rd, no one was at front line cashiers. saw sign directing to auto machine. Was trying to purchase cold medication and auto said needed age verification. waited and waited, no one came to help. finally got tired of waiting and while I was leaving finally someone showed up but too late. Need to learn customer service and stop stupidity. I now will find somewhere else to do my shopping. Need to find a new system because with out customers you will no longer be in business. Something to actually think about

The pharmacist was the worse. She treated me like I was some drug feen and I am a mother of 2 who works very hard. PLEASE DRUG TEST ME ANY DAY! She was asking why I was coming there and was insisting that I go to a different CVS!!! she even said she did not want to serve me.

The pharmacy at Midway and U.S.41 in Port Charlotte FL. Are non customer friendly and are senior citizen abuse , verbally . On going problems . They blame the customer for every thing that’s wrong even when you get medicine I did not ask for.

Prescription sent from doctor’s office at noon. At 1pm I was told it would be 30 min, but they would expedite (waited in line 20 min). At 3pm still no prescription, come back in 30 (waited in line for 30 min to find this out). At 7pm, still no prescription and told they were out of stock! CVS Pharmacy has lost a customer for life.

It takes ages to talk to a real person. It's ridiculous. I am no longer giving CVS my business. I am done with the AI that CVS uses if you call. They are NOT helpful. If you can't pay a real person to do the job, I'll find a store that will.

CVS is the literal worst. Corporate has clearly done everything they can to cut as many employees and cut hours/pay to the point where the service they provide is an absolute joke. As I write this I'm on 2 hours and 35 minutes of waiting to speak with the pharmacist at my CVS Pharmacy. It's no industry secret that the entire industry is trying everything it can to profit off of every available means to cut costs, unfortunately, CVS leading the charge. Their executive leadership board should be absolutely ashamed of the level of service their corporation provides. They have nothing but understaffed pharmacies, with overworked employees. There are literally thousands of pharmacists looking for work, that are coming out of school with tens if not hundreds of thousands in debt, and need good-paying jobs, and yet I can't find a single CVS that has enough employees to even meet the bare minimum of quality of service. It's 100% an executive management issue from corporate.

I cannot tell you how much I dread getting my rxs at CVS. When my insurance made it mandatory we had to use cvs I was very disappointed. Have never had a good experience with CVS Always get rx wrong even when I have rxs refills on file.. they say ...you have no more refillS AND we notified dr..I say you are incorrect please check again and oh wow yes we can refill the rx. While I am being sarcastic in this review it IS the only way I can get through sitting in line for 45 minutes and the again having to tell then they are wrong please fill my rx. HAPPENS every single time.

The clerk or tech working in the pharmacy was extremely rude, and certainly had no interest in being helpful. store no. 111; 1891 N. U.S Highway 1, Ft. Pierce, FL
