This is for the store at 12409 N Tatum Blvd, Phoenix, AZ. I went in for my 2nd covid shot appt today at 5pm PST. A young man wearing a dark blue scrub top took my card and asked me to wait. I walked over to the area but before I sat down, I asked to see the vile to verify that it is Pfizer. I did this same thing during my first shot and the lady showed me. This young man said that it was Pfizer and I asked again to see the vile. His reply was, verbatim, " we are not in the business to give people the wrong shot" but then showed me. After my 15 minute waiting period, I told him that I didn't appreciate his sass when I asked to see the vile. He told me that he is a licensed ... and a trained ... (I honestly wasn't paying attention so I don't know what he said that he was). I told him that I didn't know him and that I was already nervous about getting the shot and being sassed over getting a service as serious as this was not appreciated. He replied with OK and gave me my card. The lady who gave me my first shot was kind, friendly, and professional. I hope he didn't mess up the dosage, and in hindsight, I should have asked the lady who was there to give it to me as she was the person who gave me my first shot.

Self checkout is not an option in my opinion. Will take business elsewhere when possible. Their pharmacy is verry slow as well. Not a happy customer.

I purchased three items totaling $18 at the self serve checkout and was charged $62 with multiple additional items on my receipt. I went to service desk and was told that someone had used that scanner prior to me and had not completed the sale. After 25 minutes of the salesclerk fussing with trying to reverse the sale, and having to present my driver’s license they were unable to reverse the sale. I finally gave up and left with my purchased items for which I paid triple the price. Terrible system, and poorly trained staff.

If I could give a negative review I would. I have had 3 prescriptions sent in over the last 2 weeks. Each time I went to pick them up, after a minimum of 5 hours they weren't ready. This isn't just one bad day this is a pattern.

The CVS pharmacy in Rock Island, Illinois is absolutely atrocious. The Customer Service is disgusting! We need mom and pop pharmacies back into our cities and towns. CVS has proven time and time again to customers that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT US! Yet we continue to use these junk locations, while being treated horrifically by incompetent staff, who also have no clue on how to fill a prescription. I will NOT be hung again by another CVS employee. I have had it with these clowns!

CVS ON 1212 MCRAE IS THE BEST IN ALL EL PASO, CVS ON DYER IS THE WORST THEY NEVER HAVE THE MEDICATION I NEED AND ARE VERY DISORGANIZED. ITS DEPRESSING THAT I CANT GET MY MEDS AROUND WHERE I LIVE. I HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN FOR WHAT I NEED ..SO ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR 1212 MCRAE CVS!!!! VERY ORGANIZED BUNCH OF INDIVIDUALS!!!

I was unable to drive so my friend went to pick up my medication and after trying for two days to get the right one they gave her the wrong medication and charged me $ 15.00 and they wouldn't take it back. the service is terrible and they don't answer the phone calls. I called corporate and got the same respond. They kept me on hold for 20 minutes and didn't pick up.

I went to the CVS store #3627 located at 1 North Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a COVID vaccine as a walk-in on Monday 7/26/21 at 5:45pm and was told they only administer the vaccines until 5:00pm. So I went back today, Tuesday morning, 7/27 at 8:30am, there was no one waiting at the pharmacy but I was told they don't do walk-ins. On their website it clearly states the following: "Walk in or schedule your FREE COVID-19 vaccine today.* Not only did the pharmacy tech not tell me the day before that I would need to make an appointment which I should not have had to do but they would not provide the service in spite of what the website says and they were not at all busy. So I walked in to a WALGREENS and they were happy to help me! CVS really needs to examine their level of customer service, that was terrible.
