I went to get my first vaccine and was very much afraid. The pharmacist, Ann, was so wonderful talking and alleviating my fear.. Thank you Ann! This was my CVS at River and Maybank Johns Island SC.

You go to a doctor and he figures out what you need to take to get better. Then the office calls it into CVS at 100 law rd. In Fayetteville, NC. You check the app and it says it is out of stock at that store and on order. If you need it sooner, call the pharmacy. I call and they say itwill be in the next afternoon. I ask if any of the other stores have it and they say it’s a controlled substance and they can’t transfer it. I could be wrong but I believe anything requiring a prescription is a controlled substance.Going on two days now and still waiting on the medication. Going back to my doctor tomorrow because I am getting alot worse. My son is also sick and same thing. His is on order also. This has been going on a couple years but at least back then they would at least look on the computer and tell you who did have it. That’s what I get for begin complacent. Getting all my prescriptions sent to Walgreens starting tomorrow morning. One customer down, many more to go. Can you say “Rite Aid”!

CVS is an awful company and their health care staff doesn't care about customer service. I made an appointment online for an antibody test and the website indicated there was inventory. I get a rude call from a woman at 100 Piedmont Ave, Marietta, GA stating they "ran out" of test kits. I was told to go back online and find another location to do the test and then she hung up on me. RUDE! Don't do business with CVS!

I have a prescription for hydroxychloroquine. tried to fill it thru cvs and they said no. they do not fill that. I told them it was crazy they werent filling a life saving drug. It been proven effective. Ive been taking it for months. Im almost 60yo. with serious heart and lung issues as well as diabeties. I am an appraiser. I go into 2 to 6 houses a day and have since covid started. Ive never gotten covid. Thank to hydroxychloroquine. This is insane. My insurance makes me use cvs or else I would leave them in the dust.

Review of CVS Pharmacy at 5111 Wake Forest Rd. Durham, NC 27703 My wife scheduled her Covid test at this location. She received a confirmation of the time, and then later, instructions on what to do when she arrived. When she got there, they told her they couldn't do the test, with no explanation, just that they couldn't do it, and were pretty rude about it. They never tried to contact her to cancel. Don't trust this location.

My doctor ordered 2 prescriptions and when I went to the CVS site it said I could get them delivered. I paid with a credit card and then expected delivery on a Friday. Nothing. Checked on Saturday. Nothing. Called on Sunday and was on hold for 15 minutes. Nothing. Then the website tells me that the CVS I use doesn't deliver. HUH? I hate CVS!

I went to CVS and had a COVID test performed and was told I would get the results in 2 days. After 5 days of not receiving any results, I called the pharmacy and was past off to 4 different people who would not help me. The last person transferred me to a automated line where a live person is not available to talk. Then on day 7 I received notification that the test was not performed. God knows what happened with my personal information. I will never us them or shop there again!

Waited in line for almost a hour in half for my medication this is so sad
