Every time I need to Contact the CVS on West Park Blvd, in Plano TX, they NEVER answer the phone. I waited on hold for over 30 MINUTES several times and NO one answers!! I received a text from them to contact them regarding a recent medication, but couldn't reach any body!!! This happens ALL the time!!! When I go there to pick up a refill & ask about the phone issues, I'm told "they don't have enough help to answer the phone!" My Insurance will only let me go to CVS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

CVS discriminate you against you take 6 to 8 hours to fill the prescription. They started processing my prescription at 8 says if I'm lucky it might be done by 1 what kind of customer relations Is that and they need didn't care who said too bad and there wasn't even busy pharmacist was stand around having a good time.
CVS is anti-senior C.
For medical supplies we just found out that CVS refuses to process Medicare Part B for medical supplies. They insist on the assignment of all benefits to them and that we agree to be billed directly or they would not release the diabetic medical supplies. Medicare spoke to them and was told that the Medicare Part B has not been billed in one year. CVS says they billed Medicare. Read what they ask you to sign. Medicare said to find a new provider and offered several viable alternatives. Be careful what they ask you to sign. If they do not bill the insurance, the form you sign gives them permission to come after you personally to pay for what your insurance should have been billed for. We called CVS corporate and they do not care.

CVS MyChart screwed my family with Covid Testing that did not process in time for my family to get back home. My daughter's test didn't get delivered at all! When I called customer support, I couldn't get through to anyone to help. It cost my family 800USD in additional testing and another night in a hotel. Brutal

CVS is absolutely THE WORST pharmacy and I am an RN. They are so obsessed with making money off of covid testing that the pharmacy has put me on hold for up to 45 minutes. Then the call drops( tech hangs up). Then I drove to the store and waited in drive through for 30 minutes only to be told they hadn’t ordered my medication yet from two weeks before. People if you have an option please go elsewhere. It’s no secret that CVS cares nothing for their customers but now they are understaffing stores. This is a barrier to obtaining our prescriptions. And they do NOT care if patients have to go off of important prescriptions which, if stopped abruptly, can cause serious health problems or death. CVS please shut down today. Do us all a big favor!

The CVS(14001) at the corner of Scottsdale Rd & McDonald Dr is by far the worst store/pharmacy in AZ. The pharmacist are spread so thin they can’t answer phone calls, have difficulty filling scripts & are mostly nasty-mean. Every single time I’ve gone to pick up medicine there’s always a line. Lines are a part of the times but the problem is everyone in line commiserates their negative experience & it’s perpetuated. It’s a no win but & has been for years now. The old pharmacist Emily had to leave because the management team will do nothing to support this store. It’s truly terrible & I am done! I can’t imagine anyone staying at this store with the lack of service exemplified.

I tried to get a prescription filled in the Wildwood New Jersey CVS. It took 48 hours to fill the prescription, and I understand there’s a labor shortage. I waited 20 minutes in line for them to tell me it wasn’t filled yet, I checked online a day later, went back to get it, waited 30 minutes standing on line, and their registers were down. What would it hurt for the people standing behind the counter to say I’m sorry but we’re having a problem with our registers, would you like to come back. No, nobody said a word to me. So when I finally said can I just take the prescription upfront and pay for it, since they all seem to be standing around. I am told it’s illegal to pay for it at the other register which is still inside the store. It is not illegal it’s against their policy, and years ago you were able to take your script and pay for it in the front. Years ago. And then she proceeds to talk about me while I’m standing there how I want to do illegal things how I’m making them do something illegal how is that making anybody do anything. Seriously the government doesn’t care where you pay for the script as long as you don’t need the store without it. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. And the manager was fairly worthless too. Instead of apologizing and offering to deliver my prescription delivered as soon as he can get it in the system. That’s how a true manager would respond. Went to the CVS in North Wildwood New Jersey and they were wonderful. They were professional. They were happy. The Wildwood New Jersey store, could learn a lot from the North Wildwood New Jersey store.
