I went to CVS to pick up a bowl prep for a colonoscopy. The clerk sold me a prep for $90 which I thought was high. She explained that the cheaper one was on back order/ When I asked her what the cheaper product was, she said $26. In shock, I left the store but got to thinking about perhaps returning the product and finding it elsewhere. Come to find out, I cannot return this product because of Oregon Pharmacy law. Couldn't the pharmacy tech have suggested that I not pick it up and check around? With prices like that, they should cancel the back order and keep selling the more expensive product.

Hey the pharmacy in Beach 20th St. in Far Rockaway CVS it’s theHe’s a worst send text for you to pick up medication and when you go it’s not there all the time to go to the next window take a like a half hour to an hour to pick up the phone when you called and don’t even pick up either if I could give them no star that will be better for me disgusting

The cvs on West broad street sucks everytime I come up here to get my hubby's prescriptions iam always in line for 30 min or more this is unexceptable

I went to refill my RX on the app and was not able too. I called into inquire about medication and the pharmacist answered and explained that I could not refill till 8/22, due to the insurance denying it. I explained that the Doctor up the dose and I am out. Told her I am a high risk pregnancy, what should I do. She looked back in to my Rx and said that she will call your insurance. She called back 10 mins later to tell me that I can come pick up my RX. Thank god for her, I was defiantly freaking out.

Don't Use Your Credit Card! I bought toothache medicine at CVS. Then I started getting billed $5.48 per month for something called "CAREPASS". I followed CVS instructions to cancel it - calling a 1 800 number. I was informed that I don't have a CAREPASS account. But then why am I being charged $5.48 monthly? So I went to the CVS ask for help. I was told they don't have records for CAREPASS, that I would have to call the same 1 800 number. Finally I had to contact my credit card and have them deal with this. Seems like a scam to me.

I dropped the prescription after my son's surgery. Was told the prescription would be ready at 3 pm. When I went to picked the prescription at 5 pm, only 3 out of 5 were ready. The pain medicine, which is the one the most needed was still not ready. Was told it would be ready in 20 mins. When I went to pick up at 6 pm and after waited in line for 20 mins, was told again not ready in another 15 mins. It was a horrible experience. If the pharmacy is too busy to meet the time promise, should let the customer know about it. then the customer can make a choice to go to a different pharmacy instead of waste hours to drive around

Literally the worst pharmacy chain ever. Had to move from Walgreens bc of insurance. My ADHD meds can only be picked up on a specific day of the month and so far I have not been able to pick up on time bc the pharmacist DELETED my rx multiple times after my doctor sent it over, then they are always out of my medication even though they tell me on the phone that it will be ready in an hour. Horrible service. The pharmacist tried to lie and say the problem was with my provider. He sent me a screenshot of the CVS provider portal showing his subscription and the time stamp of when the pharmacist deleted it.

If i could put 0 starts i would for Aliquippa Cvs. Young darkskin young man at the front desk had a snotty attitude with me and was on the phone the whole time i was shopping talking about complete inappropriate nonsense. Throwing my things around and just handed me the bag to put my own things inside. This is by far the worst experience i have ever had and he does not deserve to work there
