Three scripts in the past 3 weeks.. and same problem....dropped off prescription Pharmacy said an hour..ok Returned 2 hours later. Told come back in 2 hours..sent husband 30 min before close had to wait for it .. Next script dropped off said I would come back tomorw...go back in the afternoon next day.. not ready..go back the following day..not ready..always told the same thing ..we have been Soo busy .I can clearly see yes they are busy.. but 3 days🤔 CARINA threw the script practically at me when the other woman was waiting on me. This last script same thing dropped off returned 2 days later...not done had to wait. And CARINA at ft mohave location...said go get this over the counter if u don't like. It...and then proceeded to tell me I can go somewhere else.. maybe working too many hours..doesn't give her the right to tell me where to go..and yes I will take my business somewhere else..the other women were very apologetic . This girl needs time out 🤨

DONT DO YOUR COVID TEST AT CVS PHARMACY: We did a Corona test at CVS pharmacy 70 hours before my trip. We received the result very very late and could not take my flight. I contact CVS and asked for my money back, they refused, I told them you said you give the PCR result between 24 and 48 hours, and I received the result very late and I could not take my flight and also we had to cancel my hotel reservation. CVS pharmacy did not help me at all, and they refused to refund our money for job that has not been done.

I see Walgreens customers saying they will be transferring to CVS. I have not used them in years because they made me look like a real dummy in front of 2 lines of customers at the pharmacy pickup. I had brought in a script at noon and went back at 5pm and was told that they didn't have any script; was I sure that I didn't bring to another location; I walk so there was no other location to bring it. They had me sit down and finally they called me to the window and indicated that they did have the script but had put it up under another customer's name. I should have warned all the waiting customers not to use them because they don't know what they are doing. I have not gone back since. I use a grocery store pharmacy and am very happy.

I was a faithful customer when Jason and Sheila worked there. Now they only have 1 person working this busy store. The phone rings off the hook, if the call is picked up I'm on hold for more than 20 min. This is a horrible place now. The service is terrible. It's not the fault of the workers but CVS company. They want to make as much money as possible without enough staff. Jason bought Downtown Drugs and that's where I am now. I saw an article about him buying it and the service is fantastic there. Sheila works there too. So if you loved them before you now know where to get that great service again.

Don't bother calling. If so, they will put you hold clicking over several times. Pack a lunch.

Can’t never get your prescriptions fill on time. I even tried the mail prescriptions. Didn’t work. It is one thing they can do real good. That’s giving you 10 dumb reasons why your prescriptions wasn’t filled.

We had the BEST visit at the pharmacy at CVS! Our pharmacist was Eric who was totally AWESOME! Explained everything and made a COVID test for traveling so easy!!! Can’t thank him enough

You have to sit in the drive through forever. You can never get anyone to answer the phone. Walk-in line is always long. I went this week to get my meds sat in drive through forever for them just to tell me the had to order my meds. I know Covid has caused a lot of problems but dang y’all need to help your staff out. I have to give it to them they are always friendly and courteous but y’all need to take away testing or use both drive through lanes something has to change.
