I cannot believe how bad CVS's delivery times have been. Not only are they taking 2 weeks to ship what used to take them 2 days; they are cancelling some of the items due to the items being out of stock. This has happened several times. Another thing I'm not happy about - I've found myself shopping less because they no longer pay Extracare Bucks quarterly. It's immediate, so my ECB's have been 95 cents here and 80 cents there, which doesn't have the same impact as, say, $12 ECBs.

Everything is bad except the employees in the store, in my opinion you must be desperate for a job to work for CVS. Cooperate is the worst for addressing issues

Horrible wait times for all drive through and in store RX pick up! Only getting worse. At regular check out rarely even have a check out attendant. Only self check! Also rude!!

I have been a loyal cvs customer for several years getting my prescriptions filled here. Also got both my moderna COVID vaccines done here as well. The women pharmacist that administered both my shots was professional and understanding. However, every month I turn the same prescription in and there is a problem. Either they are out or I come back the next day 24 hours later and they have nothing on file and then suddenly after waiting around for 30 minutes they locate it and fill it. This Month I dropped off on Wednesday 8/18/2021, now it is Friday 8/20/2021 and I have not received any notification to pick up my prescription or even a text or call as to when it might be ready. This is un acceptable. If CVS can't fill my prescription, the pharmacist should just say so up front and give me the prescription back so I can take it to another pharmacist instead of giving me this delayed run around. I am sure I am not alone in this general complaint: "The CVS pharmacy here in Midland Texas, 301 Andrews Hwy · (432) 685-3092 is slow service, does not respond to phone calls, the drive thru average for me has been 30 to 45 minutes per car. Not all but most of the pharmacist are rude and remind me of the Saturday Night Live Soup Nazi.

The cvs pharmacy store #3226 at forest hill and haverhill is recently giving very bad service. I have waited at the drive thru to pick medication for hour and 15 minutes. Then at last I gave up waiting and had to use the call button. I was helped by cashier name Ashley and I have explained to her that I waited 1 and 15 minutes but she right away said no you didn’t not. She mentioned that she didn’t see me but she clearly saw me and told me to wait. Very bad service

I started to get the pre packaged medications… what a mistake-it’s bad enough to go to the store and not get good service with simple dose it’s worse! They don’t check or question differences and send the wrong dosage… there is no personalized service … you’re just a number on their hamster wheel… you never get the same person to talk to … I’m surprised there hasn’t been any problems due to their lackadaisical service! I’m changing pharmacies asap! If I could give them a negative number I would! Look at the reviews! If a product on amazon or ebay had a 84% one star would you go ahead and get it? I think not!

I had 2 prescriptions to pick up. I waited in line at the drive thru for 3 cars in front of me to finish. I drove to the pick up window, gave my name, birthday and etc. I gave the girl at the window my discount card and she asked me to drive around the building. Odd, I thought, but only 1 car was behind me so I did. I circled the building and found 3 new cars in front of me yet again... Finally, I got to the window again and the whole thing starts again. Name, birthday and etc. She told me my discount card did not work and it will be $118 for 2 prescriptions. I had now wasted over 30 minutes going to a drive thru. I said keep the prescriptions, drove a mile down the road, saved over 60% on my meds and was back in my car in less than 18 minutes... CVS is a terrible pharmacy, poorly run and more than twice the cost of other pharmacies... Vote with your $$$ and go elsewhere...

I’ve never been able to reach anyone after waiting on hold on the phone for over 20 minutes. I eventually give up. Going there in person is even worse. Always has LONG lines and often incorrectly filled prescriptions. Moving all my prescriptions to another company. Clearly CVS does not care what the customer thinks since there is no effort to improve poor services.
