I made an appointment months ago for a covid test for international travel. I arrived hours early only to learn system was down and no testing would be possible for at least 5 hours though I had received a confirmation text earlier. A cancellation message only came an hour after I left the store. No kind words for CVS on Post Rd in Warwick RI

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. Their pharmacy is THE WORST!!! NEVER and I mean never put your prescriptions to this one in Brooklyn Michigan. They not only messed up many of my and my families prescriptions but they are also very rude and slow. If you want to wait an hour in like just for the pharmacy then go there and if you want to give them a call… you will have to wait at least 2 hours!!! They suck. There was only one nice young lady there who should leave that dirty place and go somewhere else because she’s the only good person and thing at that CVS

Sorix is the pharmacy manager at the lake Worth rd store. He is a kind compassionate young man. I am a handicapped female senior citizen , I cannot walk SORIX was nice enough to come out to the car , to give me my Covid booster. I hope that his supervisor reads this I wish they had more people in this world like this gentleman. He definitely deserves to be commended for going out of his way, to help my husband and I ! I wish there were more people in this world like him.

My wife did a Covid-19 Test PCR to travel overseas. CVS site stated results within 24 to 48 hours. we are going to lose the flight because of CVS misinformation. CVS uses Lab Corp here in North Jersey. CVS told me to call Lab Corp and when I called Lab Corp stated to me that it takes 2 to 4 days so Lab Corp and CVS are 0 star review I would not trust either company. These two companies should not be doing PCR test for travel. The test that was done is only valid for 72 hours from the time of the test to flight time, therefore test is useless if not received. Also hours available for testing is minimal. DO NOT USE CVS OR LABCORP FOR TESTING FOR TRAVEL PURPOSES!!!!

Ravenna CVS pharmacy is pathetic!!! After they fill your prescription INCORRECTLY they back it out of the system, lose it and leave you with no medication just lame excuses. The pharmacy manager Alyssa is the most pathetic "service" person you may ever have the misfortune of dealing with! I should be grateful it's not a life dependent prescription or I WOULD be dead, thanks to them, as it is I might only lose my job because of inability to work from lack of the medication I won't be able to get for months now. You're better off to go to a gas station to get your prescriptions filled than this cesspool of ignorance and inability!

I use my online portal for reordering medications without issue. My issue is with CVS Show Low, AZ. I called my doctor's office 8/17/21 for a medication renewal and to inform of summer CVS Pharmacy location address and telephone number. 8/21/21 I ordered the medication refill via my CVS Pharmacy Portal. Then received this message "We've received your order and will begin processing it shortly. If we run into any issues while filling your prescriptions, we will contact you or your provider. As they always say they need 8 days to fill, I went in 8/31/21 and was told they received no order from my doctor. That I needed to call my doctor's office and the same person who help me on 8/17 said, "Oh yes, the doctor contacted Show Low CVS that day!" She said, "I will ask the doctor to do it AGAIN." It is a 30 mile round trip to CVS in Show Low. I was unable to get through to the pharmacy by phone until 6:00pm. Phone always rings and rings and rings. Gentleman told me he still had no order, took my doctor's phone number, said he would call me and hung up. This is not best practice!

I can't leave a zero. If store hour are until midnight you should not lock the doors early and their be no employees around. I had a long day am a business owner and came at the last minute according to the advertised business hours on Google and your sign out front. It's disappointing not to be served 2 minutes before you are supposed to close. Come on CVS...geesh??? The CVS on Hall Johnson in Grapevine, TX has the worst customer service. All self check out and staff is grouchy if you need help like they are being inconvenienced. Staff has been sharp and impatient twice, therefore I will not return there. But if it is the policy of CVS to have only self check out, you should consider having some kind of service available for handicapped or the elderly that involves kindness with a good attitude. You just lost a customer.
