CVS is the worst been calling the pharmacy all morning because I got a text from them that is inaccurate. They ask all these questions to verify who you are, force you to listen to all the vaccines available, put you on hold for 25 minutes and then someone picks up the phone and hangs up on you. CVS and their staff obviously don't care about the customer. I'll be finding another pharmacy. Your short staffing issues are not my problem.

Now I understand why it has such a pathetic rating. 0 customer service Did my pcr test and they reported next day that the test needs to be done again I did it again and its still not in there system Their pathetic customer service costed me 300$, waste of time and mental torture. I may now miss my flight because of that too. DONT GET ANY SERVICES FROM them Cheaters

CVS refused to deliver my medicine because they said they didnt have my 'card' on file. They never explained what they meany my the card. I called Essence to complain and they did a conference call 3 way. The CVS employee was rude on the call anf gave the impression we were bothering. Her. When I found out by the card she meant credit card. After the call I checked and my card is listed on my profile. CVS has always been rude and gave the impression that Customers are bothering them Essence stated they will be filing a grievance complaint. I will be switching to Walmart

Made an apt for a COVID test. Received an e-mail and 4 texts confirming the apt. Drove over and a sign was posted, No COVID testing today. Was told to come back later. Ridiculous. Where were the 4 texts telling me the apt was no longer available.

Got 5 reminders for a Covid Test. Opted out of reminders. Test was at 10:30am. Got another reminder at 9:30am. Got to the appointment and told all Test canceled and should have gotten a text. Hum, yeah got a text at 2:30pm.

My insurance company changed to them..I lasted as long as I could ( about six months) but couldn’t stand the poor customer service any long..to say poor is being gracious..horrible is a better term..switched. To the only other option I had Walmart and have been very very happy with their service, etc. CVS desirves to close and ho out of business Terrible company!

They are ripoffs. Plain and simple. They will quote you a price for a consultation at their "Minute Clinic" and then DOUBLE it when the consultation is over. They CON you into paying $10/tablet ... which is OVER 10 times the normal price. F*ing thieves. DO yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

Just got a booster shot from an antivaxer, so called "nurse" giving me an earful why she's not getting it, while giving "me" the shot. CVS shouldn't hire people like that, or keep their opinions to themselves...very uncomfortable!!!
