Scheduled a COVID vaccine for my wife and myself. Takes a minute to do this. Got the time confirmed by text. We drove to CVS, about a 20 minute drive. Stood there waiting for 30 minutes plus while the pharmacist ;!!;ed off the whole time. “We’re here for the vaccine”. “We’ve been out of it for two weeks, online system is messed up. Maybe come back next week”. Need I say more.

Phizer booster appointment…
Booked a Phizer booster appointment online. Selected the location, accurately filled out the questionnaire, booked it, received confirmation text of appointment and location. Went to that CVS and was told "oh, we don't have the vaccine at this location"
Here's an idea...don't accept reservations for vaccines at the location if you don't have them available!!

Canceled my online order after 3 days…
Canceled my online order after 3 days with ZERO explanation. Never had that happen at Amazon or Walmart.com. Don't waste your time ordering anything online from CVS.

Take you business elsewhere... They to big to care
I can't believe how bad this pharmacy has gotten. I guess a big corporation just doesn't need to care about their customers. I have tried for 3 days to call about a prescription. Each time waiting 30÷ minutes. Many times a day and still nobody answers the phone. I called the store to make sure the phones weren't broken, nope he says they are just busy. He transferred me but again nobody answers the phone.
We all need to take.our business elsewhere maybe they would take notice. If just writing a review makes you feel better that's fine to but I will be moving my prescriptions somewhere else. I need my meds and get them each month and many times they don't have them, asked if they could make sure they are ordered beings I get them every month, I was told not unless my doctor called 4-5 days prior each month Seriously!!! Nope I guess my business isn't important and reading many of these reviews neither is many other people's all over the country.
Make.a statement take your business elsewhere!! Hit them where it hurts.

I have been going back and forth on…
I have been going back and forth on writing this because it has never been this bad the CVS in Wasilla Alaska has probably out of all pharmacy's in the area the worst it takes around a week to get your medicine filled and they never inform you that they have meds ready and when you call you need to realize you will be on hold for at least a hour sometimes longer so when you go after talking to them and being told the meds are ready you get there and most of the time they are not I have had them do this with my epilepsy meds having severe epilepsy it has just got so so stupid there service is straight up horrible I am trying to decide if I am changing pharmacy's I know covid is very bad especially in Alaska we have the highest amount but if all the other pharmacy's can do there job and do it correctly with staff shortage also CVS in Wasilla needs to get it together please to people looking for a pharmacy figure out which one will do there job I don't want anyone else to run out of meds I have been there if I can't get them to answer the phone today I will be out

Keeps getting worse
I have been shopping at this CVS since I moved to GA 20 years ago. I am there almost every day picking something up, in fact I am in there so much the pharmacy staff knows me by site, even with a mask on. The pharmacy staff values me as a customer and always goes the extra mile to help me with a smile, even when they are slammed. The store managment, staff, and district manager are another story. First, the store staff is always busy making giant shelf tag changes during peak business hours. Now that they have self checkout, they don't even open the registers. For example, I was there last Thursday. I needed to buy a couple small things and get out quickly. There was a line about 10 people deep for the self checkout. An employee was off to the side of the registers directing people to use the self checkout. All the other staff was in the aisles changing prices. I asked her to open a register and I was told the policy is for her to stand and guide people through the self checkout. I insisted and she still refused. I asked to speak with a manager and she said that the manager was busy in her office. I reluctantly waited close to 20 minutes, rang myself up and I left the store. On my way home I called the customer care line and explained the situation. They gave me some canned empathy and asked if I would like a call from a region or district manager, I said yes, they told me I would get a call back I 48 hours. Which is a long time, but I said ok. It's been 4 days. I am going to stop shopping at CVS. They are too busy trying to streamline things and changing shelf stickers to care. I am lobbying my company to participate in a different prescription managment company next open enrollment. CVS is big Pharma in all the worst ways. At this point I am taking my general merchandise business elsewhere. I will only use the pharmacy and I am working on transferring it all to mail order. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Poorly managed, poorly merchandised and always a negative vibe. There is a lot of competition and I will be taking my dollars there.

I sat in the drive thru .....
I called the pharmacy located on Appleton Ave and pilgrim Rd in Menomonee Falls WI @ 8am to have an on file script filled.
I went to pick it up at noon. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes because they do COVID testing at the window. I FINALLY get to the window to be told to go around and wait in line again as my script was not yet done!!! I decided to run and get lunch which took about 20 minutes. I get in the drive thru line again and wait for 20 minutes AGAIN, but the car before me (another COVID test) was not smart enough to stick the Qtip up his nose so after watching him for 5 minutes or so I had to leave the line as I was on my lunch from work which I was late getting back. So I waste almost 90 minutes because they do the testing in the drive thru, I think that is BS, and is a huge disservice to customers who are on a time schedule. I would change pharmacies if I was able to, poor attitude at the window and just all around crappy service. Get a clue CVS, find a different way to service those who are too stupid to get a vaccine and work a lot harder at servicing the customers who are in the drive thru for a script!

Mislead advertising!!
I was searching the internet for a product for my son and every site that I looked on was out of stock. Then I saw that CVS had the item in stock, so gladly placed an order. To get free shipping I add two bags of hard candies to makeup the order. I was sent one bag of candy and got a notification that the item that I needed for my son, and the other bag of hard candy was being preparing to be shipped. The second bag of candy was shipped, but then the item that I really needed was canceled ‼️ What a misleading company. I had stopped shopping CVS years ago. The CVS in my small town employees racist people. I definitely don’t feel comfortable going in that store. The store is poorly stocked and dirty looking.
