Horrible. Consistently on the cusp if not over the line into gross negligence. A detriment and barrier to patient health and well being. In their latest screwup, they mailed an antibiotic that should have been delivered two days ago instead of delivering it per my standing delivery order (or calling to ask me to pick it up). The prescription has not arrived and appears to have been lost in the bowels of the USPS. I am having trouble breathing and CVS staff refuses to let me purchase additional pills to tide me over during the delay they caused. One would be hard pressed to find a more stupid, heartless staff. If I wasn’t required to use them because I am insured by AETNA, which is owned by CVS, I would never set foot in a CVS store. They should not be allowed to operate in any US state or territory.

They take hours to fill scripts, extremely rude. They don’t have enough workers. They are horrible to deal with. Greenfield Indiana. Kelsie, the lab person, was the issue at greenfield.

I have never been treated so poorly by any establishment! The CVS in Schnecksville has THE MOST RUDE individuals, sans the pharmacist, that I have EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! 2 individuals that work in the pharmacy should be fired for their horrendous customer service. I excused the first one as having a bad day, etc. But, obviously, it Is endemic within this work force. I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

My experience only relates to the pharmacy service at Ark Rd;Mt Laurel, NJ. The main store is great and well stocked. My Dr phoned in a script that I pay for and do not use my insurance. 3X I visited the drivethru window and was told that the script needed prior approval from insurance. But I'm paying cash. Such a mix-up and I spent 2 weeks without my medication which was there on the 4th trip. The CVS employee who is always at the window was not offering any help--just saying--waiting for prior approval from insurance.

CVS on US Hwy 301, Parrish, FL. Horrible service. My son was prescribed an antibiotic on Friday (12/9) for strep throat and they only had the partial amount which is fine because they said they ordered it and should be available by Saturday (12/10). I didn’t even check over the weekend if it was ready because I work nights and we had enough doses for about 5 days. I called Monday (12/12) at 09:30am and the guy I talked to said the shipment just came and will be ready yesterday afternoon. Still nothing so we went there today and this other lady at the drive through said it was still in the truck and won’t be ready til later this evening. Meanwhile, we only had half of what his dose should’ve been and they couldn’t care less that it was an antibiotic and can’t be skipped. Why tell someone your meds are ready when you don’t even have it?! Had the script transferred to Publix and they had it ready in an hour!

CVS on 1000 Sophomore St. in Pasadena Texas. My daughter went to CVS seeking help because she actually locked her keys and phone in the truck CVS employees ran her out of the store because she was being a nuisance and disturbing customers. She only wanted to use the phone to call me but I guess that is so evil that the employees had a runner out of the store. I can understand if she was a Vagabon but she was wearing her suit and she was carrying my one-year-old granddaughter. This CVS was very unprofessional after 10 years of being loyal customers we will start a new relationship with Walgreens

Got amazing service from Hayley! She pierced my ears and was super nice and helpful!!! By far the best piercing I have gotten!
