This location practices racial profiling. A black security officer follows me and other black patrons around the store within seconds of entering it. He trails the aisle we are visiting, invoking fear and intimidation with his police vest. Last week, I was shopping for basics items (maxi pads, soap, and coffee) and the officer was right on my heels, as if in stalker mode. I frowned and shook my head in disgust. I'm a cheerful five-year resident of Mount Vernon and recent graduate of Johns Hopkins, yet this security officer treats me and other black neighbors like criminals. The experience is demoralizing. CVS can do better. Awful, absentee manager. He should be replaced along with a more modern, discreet surveillance method. Until then, I will patronize Campus Pharmacy on North Calvert. I would like to send a kudos to the Cvs in Aspen Hill MD on Connecticut Ave! I’ve going to this cvs for 6 years and the past few weeks I’ve noticed that the store is wayyyyyy more cleaner, so organized and everything is so much easier to find! They must’ve hired new staff members and I want to say you guys are doing an amazing Job!! Keep up the great work!!!

The pharmacy at the CVS store that I went to was amazing. But calling customer service, was the worst!!!!! I really believe that whatever call center you're using your representatives need serious customer service training!!!!! I felt like she didn't have time to even talk to me like I was a bother even calling, she cut me off every time I tried to speak like I'm not understanding what she's saying but I was she wasn't understanding what I was saying. She was extremely rude and ignorant and for this reason as soon as I go back to my doctor and get my refill I'm definitely choosing a different Pharmacy

Yet again CVS pharmacy at the five points center in Lewes, DE has mastered consistency only rivaled by the Motor Vehicle Administration. Today the pharmacy clerk closed the metal shade so the staff could go to lunch (while people were waiting). So while not the most customer friendly approach, people must eat. Fast forward precisely 30 minutes later and an especially rare experience took place which I promptly video taped as I was certain not a sole will believe me. The clerk proceeded to smugly address customers in a tone more suitable for the dearly departed. Directing instructions “you have to this and that” interrupted only by her frequent bites of some baked pastry or pizza and several minutes of rigorous chewing. Cheerio for her attention to moms advice “always chew your food and mouth closed(than the heavens). So CVS 10 points for; insuring your employees have a meal and for a training program that produces such consistency in rude, indifference I’d bet MVA poaches your talent on a regular basis. I learned a valuable lesson. Be very careful what you ask for, you just may get it. I asked that the “red” headed associate at Lewes five points be replaced. Who knew!!!!!!!! God awful excuse for a business. Which my company would have other choices so I could avoid this circus monthly. Good day and avoid CVS

This review is based on numerous bad experiences with CVS pharmacy staff in the rockford, il area. Today 12.04.22 I called right when they the pharmacy opened, knowing they might be busy. I explained my wife needed this medication to breathe and we've been waiting for 2 hours for them to open. I was told 3 times "we just opened". No Shir Sherlock! Why do you think I was your very first call? Probably bc its... maybe IMPORTANT! They tell me it'll be another hour. I show up an hour and 5. Now it's another 20? I asked if it was in their job description to be rude and explained the situation. She apologized (not very empathetic) and said best I can do is 10. Long story short, avoid CVS at all costs. Walgreens is significantly better with customer service and patient care.

This CVS discriminated against me during my last few months at this location on “Treat Blvd” I will never ever set foot in this location again! I filed a complaint with there corp office and never got a reply from the district manager or corporate office! Plus one of there cashiers gave me a counterfeit 20.00 bill. And they wouldn’t take it back after I spoke with the “manager” she was full of excuses..I haven’t set foot in this God forsaken place sense then!!

Boise Idaho on Fairview Ave worst CVS ever. Their employees Gideon and Steve both need to be taught customer service skills. My doctor knows I cannot take a certain form of a much needed med (no narcotic). Steve takes it upon himself to decide that's what I should take. When I said no I cannot take that he lies and says that's what your doctor prescribed. Um no he didn't. I know he didn't because every 12 months I have to ask my insurance for an exception to get this drug because the one Steve tried to force on me doesn't work for my body and I could die from taking it!!! It would be like going to a restaurant and ordering a cheeseburger and the waitress bringing you a salad because they feel it's better for you. Except this could result in extremely serious consequences. Gideon was just a jerk. I'm forced to use CVS or I definitely would not be.
