Anisa at CVS pharmacy is not compassionate or understanding. She answers back and does not allow us to give a comment (like she is always right) She has no patience. If we go to pick up our medication is because it was prescribed to us and she should at least smile or say ..oh .I am sorry. The other employees are Great! I have been a CVS customer for 10+ years.

Two people in the pharmacy were especially helpful--Steph at the cashier's station and Keith who administered the COVID booster. Steph knows my name--it feels so nice to be recognized and Keith's administration of the injection as almost painless. I will recommend this CVS highly! This was at the CVS on Herndon and Sunnyside in Clovis, Ca.

The automated answering system is very difficult. Impossible to get through to ask a simple question regarding products in store. I wanted to inquire if Free COVID Test Kits were available through Medicare. After tries I finally opted to speak to a person. She was polite & able to answer my question. Too difficult to call the Staunton IL CVS. Will not go there or consider getting any prescriptions there.

i was using cvs on Muirland and they closed the store and they transferred all my files to the Cvs located of Muirland and Alicia , what a disaster the pharmacy stuff is rude and unprofessional had unpleasant experience many many times will never go back there again.

STAY AWAY. CVS is untrustworthy and they lack integrity. I took a covid test to travel internationally. I was required to take the test within 48 hours of traveling so I went to CVS. CVS documents that was emailed to me after I made the appointment stated that I would receive my results in 1-2 days. I called 4 times on the day of travel to no avail. The results were not ready. I had to go to another testing site, urgent care to be tested. When I got back into the country I requested a refund and was told by CVS corporate rep Jaime that when you are making the appt the disclaimer says there's no guarantee. I requested the disclaimer to be sent to me however she said she wouldn't be able to do this. This is fraud and false advertisement. My email confirmation says results in 1-2 days. See below. RUDE Pharmacy staff @ store on Main St in Elmsford NY could not be more unhelpful. DIdn't tell me they were out of stock on a medication I needed immediately (texted me it would be ready @ 6pm) and when I asked them to find it at another location the clerk literally put his palm up towards my face and said,"I'm done with you." WHAT???

Tried to schedule a minute clinic appointment but the website was horrendous. Had to reenter my data three times before it took and then it wouldn't set an appointment time. When I tried to call the store, all I got was a 5-minute announcement of operating times in the different departments. Requesting to speak to a representative, the system transferred me only to disconnect me. When I called corporate to complain, they said they were sorry and let me talk to a minute clinic specialist. He admitted that corporate had no visibility of the clinic scheduling system and could not really help me. This company deserves to go bankrupt and, with its current level of service and value to a customer, it will.
