went to pick up medicine, received a text it was ready for pick up. I am very sick drive up there, cashier says the medicine I need is out of stock. I ask what is the substitute for it? they tell idk they can't get in touch with the dr. I ask again what am I supposed to do? they tell me I DONT KNOW. CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH THE DR. so I try calling the dr office, getting no where and so sick I leave the pharmacy, pull into driveway at home received another text that new medicine is ready for pick up, so I call the pharmacy and ask if it's out of stock and they're like this is in stock...this is a JOKE THE WAY THIS COMPANY WORKS

I have been a long time faithful customer of CVS but I don't think I can patronize your store anymore after seeing the price gouging on many of the items that I continuously purchase I went to CVS today to purchase one case of spring water and it was $6 a case which is ludicrous when I can go 5 minutes down the road and purchase one at the supermarket for $2.99.. your company claims community value and service with prices like that that's not valuing your customers!

Today I went to pick up a medication and I was mistreated when I suggested the medicine they gave me only provide dosis for 18 days instead of 30 as prescription requested. When I call my insurance company they call CVS to authorize the second bottle; however, the pharmacy refused to prepare the other bottle for me. I wonder how many client has been mistreated like me at the CVS located at: 3695 west Flagler ST. Miami. FL. 33125.

My CVS at 4800 N. Damen, in Chicago is the best. All the Pharmacy staff are friendly and very helpful. They show concern and answer questions. During the busy immunization season they always made you feel welcome, never rushed. It seems to be a culture throughput the store but especially noticeable in the Pharmacy. I had a choice to change to Walgreens with my new insurance. I’m staying with my CVS family. Couldn’t ask for more. Too many staff to name Give them all a raise. A grateful customer.

This company is a JOKE! At every location I've been to, they operate with a skeleton staff. 2 people working in the pharmacy, meanwhile the drive thru line is literally wrapped around the building. And heaven forbid if you need to call and ask a question about your prescription. It's a MINIMUM 25 minute wait. All this while their CEO made more than $20 million last year! Hey Karen (that is literally her name), how about take a few $million of what you made last year and STAFF YOUR STORES ADEQUATELY! And to be clear, this review in no way reflects on the people working in the stores. My experience with the vast majority has been excellent. They just need help. They need a CEO less interested in lining her own pockets, and more interested in seeing that customers and employees are taken care of.

Everything I have a prescription filled it's always done earlier than expected. Staff is always polite and courteous. It's usually not so busy so I'm in and out quickly. Can't say enough good things about the CVS on Davie Road in Davie. Keep on rocking! Every CVS should use this one as an Example of how to run a store

I hate I’m forced to use CVS. Our prescription plan forces us. I’m to the point where I will pay more. The customer service is horrible . They don’t even smile or say hi. Never want to scan my card. The issues are too much to even put in here. CVS Avon, OH truly I hate everything about my experience everytime. Im the very reason they have jobs 🤬 and they don’t even smile

6120 e mockingbird...trash, trash, trash. Throw the whole place away. THRASH Better off 🛒 at walmart.
