Kevin is an outstanding and very caring pharmacist!
Kevin, the pharmacist from the 87th & Pflumm CVS, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to get me my prescription ointment when he learned that I had waited on it from another location all day just to learn 30 minutes before closing time that they wouldn’t have it for a couple more days. I greatly appreciate your kindness and efforts. Thanks to you, I didn’t have to remain uncomfortable any longer.

Have to give a shout out to CVS Gateway…
Had to give a shout out to CVS Gateway North in Marble Falls, Tx for their pharmacy’s consistently friendly, upbeat, professional and cheerful customer service! I’ve dealt with CVS pharmacy staff in Seminole and Tampa, FL; Manhattan, NY, and Houston, TX and while I can’t complain about any of them, I also can’t rave about them like I need to about CVS Marble Falls! One of the pharmacists at this location, Debra, is just a joy to speak with, always cheerful and friendly, not matter the time of day, calls in the queue, cars in the drive-through or customers at the counter … and typically, like most any CVS pharmacy, there are lots of customers waiting and I usually wonder how these folks manage to field so many calls, orders and customers! In Debra’s case I can’t help but wonder how she maintains such a cheerful disposition and helpful countenance, for it is not the “norm” … other store staff do show the stress of it all!
At the risk of contributing to increased use, I highly recommend CVS Gateway North in Marble Falls for their tremendous staff, and Debra in particular!
Kudos CVS #10691 and you’re very appreciated, Debra!

CVS called the police on me!!!
This is at least the third time that I have submitted a complaint about CVS refusing to fill my prescription according to state laws, violating HIPPA, discrimination unprofessional conduct as well as emotional distress. I went to pick up my prescription this morning after the pharmacy tech advised me that my prescription (which the same Dr has been prescribing for over a year could not be filled until the day that it is due to be filled. He said he would leave the request for it to be filled on 12/16z I called back on 12/15 approx 10:30 pm. I asked that she fill it as soon as Possible on Dec 16 and that I would need to pick it up before I went to work. I also had other rxs waiting. She said to give her 2 hours. I caught an Uber and arrived around 12:30am on 12/16. She said it would be another hour. I told her that I would wait. Meanwhile, the pharmacy tech received a phone call that made her visibly upset. She went outside for about 30 mins saying that the girl he was cheating with could “pull up” (meaning come fight ). About an hour later, I asked how much longer it would be because I had to call my Uber back and my 13 yr old son who was with me needed to go home and get ready for bed. The tech had just come on and her and the pharmacist was having a personal conversation about what happened with her boyfriend…all while I’m waiting to get my medication. The pharmacist said she just filled it and give her a few mins. I pointed out the fact that no one had come the entire time I was there and I was the only one waiting. The pharmacy tech immediately stated that I could leave and that she was calling the “Po Po” (the police). I was not rude nor combative, however the tech and pharmacist’s conduct was extremely unprofessional to say the least. As I was walking out with my prescription, the police showed up saying that they received a complaint that I was filming (which I did when the pharmacist yelled at me. I was humiliated and this is getting out of hand and causing emotional distress. They are retaliating against me for filing legitimate complaint regarding the lack of care, extreme unprofessionalism (most of the time in front of customers) and violating HIPPA. This must stop. The Pharmacy manager, Dan Hightower
8645769268 called and was extremely unsympathetic and nonchalant. He never apologized he doesn’t care nor does CVS corporate

CVS Carepass scam
I was asked if I wanted a CVS Carepass to get discounts. When I signed up for this pass the CVS teller said no charge would be made from my debit card and adding my debit card was only future purchases. This was not true. CVS assistants should be informing customers more accurately as I was charged a monthly fee I never agreed too. I specifically said "so this is not a monthly fee correct?" She answered "no". I even explained I don't live in the US only visiting but still I was charged a monthly fee which is entirely unfair and should be refunded to me.

Bad experience on appointment for vaccine
Yesterday I made an appointment for the last Covid booster , it was for today 12/29 at 3:00 pm and it was confirmed on a text message. I got a text message telling me to sign in when I got to the pharmacy which I did, but the pharmacy was closed, I left almost at 4:00 . I called customer service and they told me that in effect, they were closed today. I took off early from work for this and it was closed. I made another appointment but this time I made it at a CVS pharmacy not in a store.

Thirld World in CHIEFLAND FLORIDA:
CHIEFLAND FLORIDA: 12/29/22 Drove in from out of town to get the latest covid vaccine. Was ignored at the pharmacy counter and finally informed that CVS doesn't perform walk-in vaccinations. "They are to busy and short staffed!" Lazy, disrespectful and confrontational. CVS DOES NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONAL ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING SYSTEM ! The pharmacy closes while the staff takes an afternoon siesta! A real 3D world operation.

I had two teeth extracted and the…
I had two teeth extracted and the dentist called in an antibiotic and pain medication to this CVS pharmacy. I stopped in on my way home to pick up the prescriptions. Once I got home and opened the bag, only the antibiotic was there. I called the pharmacy and was told (automated) that the pain killer would be available in about two more hours. I wait three and was beginning to experience some discomfort. I go back to the pharmacy and was told it would be another two hours. I now have my doubts and am beginning to experience needless pain due to the incompetency of this pharmacy.

Sells knowingly fraudulent gift cards…
Sells knowingly fraudulent gift cards from vanillagift.com visa cards. Grifting on elderly grandparents who do not know better is pathetic. Read the reviews.
