The Drive Up Window at The CVS Miami Gardens Dr and 185st NMB is about the closest thing to a Tar Pit that I can imagine. Once online make sure you bring some thing to eat and drink . Not only is This Location slow it is undermanned. Seedy to look at and hard to avoid hitting the concrete dividers due to poor design. No capability to communicate with other CVS locations to receive transfers or other pertinent info. Today I wasted one hour in the store before being told they can only due the test I needed while in my car. Once in the car they said your forms went to a different location and we can't test you here. I went to the other location and they could not validate my Medicare/AARP identity. Gee at age 84 I have used them everywhere . CVS could not make them work. I am done with these people. Walmart runs twice as well and with much pleasanter staff.

I have been going to CVS pharmacy in Walpole for a number of years now. And I have always had a pleasant experience, even though lately, it seems like they’re always short staffed. I did notice that they just hired a new pharmacy tech and experience dealing with her has been nothing but outstanding. She has such a pleasant personality and a wonderful bedside manner, and can relate to what I am going through. It is so nice to know that regardless what the situation may be and how overwhelmed she is, she has been a pleasant breath of fresh air Her name tag say Donna so thank you for everything you do. Store 4805 in Oberlin is horrible. I spent two hours and 5 calls just trying to pay my daughter's deductible over the phone. the Pharmacy person (joe was unhelpful, nearly rude). He sent me phantom texts and to a phantom help line. First time i called cvs.com, after 7 switches on auto line, first woman wouldnt help because i had to know the store number. second woman after an hour said she set up my credit card on my daughter's acct but again pharmacy refused. she when online and can't even access her own account. Terrible pharmacy, terrible customer service. Wish i could give negative stars

The store I use on pompano pkwy in Pompano Beach is awful but mostly the pharmacist is dangerous I had many wierd encounters but most recently my medication had mold In it when I took it back she said I didn’t get it from that store yet if she checked her records it would show me picking it up an hour earlier. Also store is always dirty and disorganized.

CVS was 1 of 2 pharmacies that had an opportunity to make a stand for abortion, however, they failed. They are now supporting and selling the dangerous abortion pill. This is a place to get medication for healing, not murder. I will no longer ever do business with such a disgrace of a company!

Follow up money trail - CVS is part of Aetna Insurance. I don’t understand the game , but friends in Columbia, Spartanburg, Greenville have gotten their prescriptions filled with refills -/- NONE of the co tI era state refill -Why??? - I asked the pharmacist- received a cock & bill answer . Also, know the Dr that called in left message on the voice mail only to have CVS miss apply tablets or capsules at the higher price Something is going on - your thoughts ???

The pharmacist confiscated a legal prescription. It was a refill that they have been filling for at least a year. I could understand if It was a new prescription but this medication I have been stable for years. No direct reason given. I spent 3 days in the hospital because of this. Formal complaints have been filed. I have retained an attorney to address this matter. If you have a controlled substance at CVS be prepared to be without it. They give no warning.

App says all prescriptions are ready but make 5-7 trips per month to get the same prescriptions I’ve been taking for over 10 years. I can’t imagine running a business this way. I only use CVS Pharmacy because they are the preferred pharmacy of my insurance company. I have submitted requests to my insurance company to change to another pharmacy for the benefit of all the insured out there.
